+ -1 moreBOB HAS BEEN EXCEPTIONALLY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. HE WILL OFTEN TRY TO SAVE ME MONEY BY FIXING SOMETHING HIMSELF RATHER THAN REPLACING IT. HE ALSO BRINGS DOG BISCUITS TO BEFRIEND THE DOGS!
Description of Work: OWNER COMES OUT HIMSELF AND VACUUMS, SWEEPS, TESTS AND ADDS CHEMICALS. ALSO PERFORMS REPAIRS AS NEEDED, AND YEARLY CLEANING OF FILTER.
