The professional was true to his word. He assessed and gave me an honest estimation and stuck to it.

The worker cleaned more than I had requested because he saw areas that were hidden and took the initiative to clean those areas also. He did not charge extra for these areasâ all inclusive. He did a great job and Iâ m keeping him on my list of workers to use on a regular basis.

After calling several contractors to include a no show, I came across SF Interior & Exterior Construction Services. Georgi was xtremely professional and most resourceful. After a long delay due to back ordered curtain rods, a part broke mid installation. He went to Home Depot to try to remedy the situation as he knew I had waited several months to get curtains hung in my 11 ft ceiling apt. With the curtain rods installed and curtains hung, the rooms have been beautifully transformed. I’m very pleased with his work as he provided great service, cleaned up after the work was done while displaying a great due of patience in the process. I would highly recommend this company.

I have a 1930's rental unit. The last tenants trashed it. They explained to me that it was just "normal wear and tear" usage. Not even close! I hired Georgi who owns this construction service. His work skills, attitude and ideas were wonderful! He saved me lots of money by suggesting his sanding, staining and varnishing pieces instead of replacing with expensive new pieces. His projects came out looking better than new pieces. The whole house looked so polished and brand new when he was done. He had taken out the old damaged flooring and installed a beautiful new one. Installed new window blinds, painted inside, washed the house outside then painted. He used special paints on the metal awning and the cement stairs. Georgi did every job at the property he thought was needed to bring this beautiful house back to its original condition. He always keep my budget in mind. I highly recommend this business and the Georgi's skills and honesty.

Excellent and efficient work. Georgia will be returning one Saturday to collect and haul away years of garbage, including puppy waste. I'm disabled, so so these projects are more than I can handle. I can't wait until I can let people into my home with pride?
