They were great. The service was fantastic. I thought they were highly responsive. They had a good price point. They were very honest and had good communication. I was very happy with the outcome.

We love our garage floor. Team was very very professional. The process took 3 days to complete and they arrived in the window of time designated. Had a few bubbles when they were done and they were very responsive in coming back to take care of it. One of our neighbors have already contracted to have their floor done.

Their product is pretty convincing and the price is pretty average. Just based on pricing I will not use them.

The local owner of Premier garage was quite responsive over the past two to three years, coming to my home in a timely fashion to evaluate my garage needs and give me a cost estimate, which turned out to be exactly what I was charged. The workman was friendly and generally competent, but late most of the days for work, which was completed in four and a half days rather than the three estimated. No big problem. On three of the four days, the carpenter called to say he would be delayed, which was appreciated. After installing two of the four cabinets, I mentioned to the carpenter that although I was very unmechanical and got a D in Shop, I would have begun installing the cabinets from the corner nearest the garage door,so that there would not be a problem of fit. He said not to worry. As I had feared, the last cabinet indeed would not go into the space remaining, which necessitated his moving the first two cabinets (at no cost to me), but a hole cut out in the second cabinet for the electrical outlet was now misaligned. He sealed that hole fairly well, but the new hole is somewhat ragged and not professional in quality. The painting I requested was done well and I gave the carpenter a gratuity for his competence here. Lastly, I was told by the carpenter as he was putting in the cabinets that seven of the twelve shelves had not been sent from Atlanta for some reason. They did arrive a week later, and the owner gave me an extra shelf for my troubles.

Great company to work with. Extremely professional from quote to execution - wouldn't recommend anyone else. 6 months later everything still looks fairly new. They were also able to recommend an *excellent* and fairly priced contractor to finish other work on my garage (drywall, electrical, etc). The finished product is stellar and I'm sure it adds value to our home. Don't compare this stuff to mail order "garage floor epoxy" or hardware store cabinets. It's certainly a grade above and you get what you pay for.

Veny, from Premier Garage came to our new house to give us an estimate on the project. Veny was highly likeable, personable, knowledgeable, and completely professional. He knows his business. He spent a long time with us in garage, going over exactly what we were trying to achieve, and giving us some great suggestions as to how best to achieve the look we wanted and the storage needs. He took extensive measurements etc and presented us with a preliminary 3-D design plan on his computer, right then and there. As we made changes, he quickly reconfigured the 3-D display to give us an approximation of what the garage would look like. A few days later a complete proposal was sent to our email address, with detailed explanation and 3-D presentation of what new garage would look like. We had gotten a couple of other bids for the project, but were sold on Premier Garage for two reasons. One reason is that they were very price competitive but the other, perhaps more important reason, was the warranty they offered on their floor was much longer than traditional epoxy flooring companies. (Premier's coating is a more advanced polymer and more durable than epoxy). Once we accepted their bid, Veny arranged the dates for project to begin. The garage floor workers (2) arrived on time, and did a tremendous job of prepping the floor and putting first layer of coating and chips. The next day, they scraped excess chips off floor and laid the sealer coat. The finished floor looks absolutely amazing. You actually have to see it, to believe how good it looks. My hat's off to the workers. Extraordinarily competent and hard working and diligent. Most impressive. Then, for the next two days a different crew came to the house (again, 2 workers), to install the maple-colored cabinets. Again, I can't say enough about the quality of the workers that Premier Garage sent to our house. Very personable, capable and extremely hard-working, diligent people. They did a fantastic job of installing the cabinets. No hitches, no problems, zero complaints. The finished garage is absolutely amazing looking. There is not better way to describe it.

Premier was very professional, responsive, reasonably priced (not the cheapest quote) but I liked their attention to customer service. They performed the floor and cabinets on separate days. The documents were clear, communication was quick, service guys were on time, worked hard and did a good job. I'd recommend.

The work was fine. They were very professional and they came in and banged it out. They didn't clean up super well but they did a pretty good job overall. They are very friendly. It is a very professional and well-run organization. The price was pretty good. We would probably use them again.

The existing slab in my garage had collapsed due to subsidence and I decided to have a dream garage installed. I worked with another contractor for the concrete, plumbing and electrical. Premier was very good about scheduling around the other contractor, they called in the mornings before each appointment to confirm and provide an accurate arrival time. The new slab had to cure for 30 days before the coating could be applied. The application was a two-day process, a bit noisy and dirty but they kept it confined to the garage and cleaned up at the end of each day. The floor is very attractive and seems to be very durable. It has a 20-year guarantee so I am optimistic that it will last. After allowing the coating to cure for 3 days they installed the cabinets; the cabinets are beautiful and very sturdy - even the 7-foot tall ones. I had the contractor install a sink in one of the cabinets installed by Premier. Although Premier does not do any plumbing, they worked with the contractor to get it done. There were a few minor issues which Premier resolved quickly - some of the cabinets were not installed exactly where I wanted them so they came back and moved them. I had also ordered some custom pull-out shelves which initially did not look as finished and professionally done as the rest of the cabinets. Premier worked with me until I was satisfied. After the cabinets were installed I decided I wanted one additional cabinet. Premier rushed that order through thier system so the cabinet could be installed without much delay. The garage looks great and I am very satisfied with their work and the overall quality of the products they provided.

They are fantastic and really nice to work with. They do a very nice job. They follow up but are not in my face pestering me all the time. I am still debating whether to use them to put in the cabinets or not - it?s not about them but it?s about the product. I would rate them highly.

Wow. Our garage looks terrific. Beautiful job. Veny was able to give us a color computer print out of the proposed design on the spot when he came to measure. One cabinet was too large and had to be cut down and reinstalled the next day.
