 + 1 moreThe internet connection is pretty fast. It is good. I am very pleased. They are consistent, very few outages. I have had them for over 10 years now because I had been using the other major cable companies and their names have changed, but still be other cable companies because they were all available and their service stunk and their outages are almost too frequent so when Astound put in its cable system and offered their services and I signed up for them and it was about 10 years ago. I have less concern simply because the service is good. The quality of the staff is good and I just like working with them. I never cared for the other company because they were just whenever there was a problem so what these people give it to them. The channels are pretty good. I would continue to use them.
Description of Work: I use Astound Cable for my television, land line telephone and internet.

 + 1 moreIf you try to bundle, there will always have a strong whatever they specialize in. So if you bundle to get it cheaper, you are going to sacrifice 2 out of the 3 services. It is just me growing up with ATand T and PacBell and hating them all because they all gouge you. All of them.
Description of Work: I am currently using Astound Cable for cable, phone, and wifi.

Description of Work: My 31 unit condo association converted from Comcast to Astound last week. The installation went smoothly and as promised. My HOA will be saving $15,000 a year compared to what we were paying to Comcast for our Basic cable TV. I added expanded cable channels and internet to my individual account and am saving $50 per month. I am very pleased with the Internet speed. Very pleased with the whole package! I would HIGHLY recommend Astound!
