Computer Solutions

After I told him the problems and that I needed to back up the computer,he explained what I needed to do. He showed me various products. Since I hadn't a clue which would be most appropriate, he carefully described each one. After asking what I had on the computer, he suggested that I get the least expensive and smallest of the external hard drives. He then took it to the back of the store and formatted it. That way I would just have to transfer onto it and not have to set it up. He demonstrated how to transfer everything from my computer to the external hard drive. Then he had me practice on his computer so that I would feel confident. He did not charge any money for formatting or teaching me how to transfer the data.

I was simply asking the store clerk about basic information regarding the headset I was thinking about purchasing. He was helping the other customers before he helped me because they were inquiring about more expensive items. We were standing at the register asking some basic questions before we bought the headset. The clerk got fed up with me, he told my son to keep the headset. He kicked us out of the store, he told my son he was welcome back to the store, but that I was not welcome anymore. I was embarrassed and speechless. I have not returned to Computer Solutions.
