Description of Work: My laptop's performance over the years had degraded to where it just crawled. I took it to Empire and he kept it overnight. He cleaned it up, installed software that I didn't have and as a result it now performs like it was new. I would take it back to Spence any time I have a problem and we will use him to tune up my wife's PC. He's great!!!

 + -1 moreSee above. Don't go without an appointment. Provide as much information as possible to help Spencer get to the problem quickly. Recommend having it all in writing. Bring along any equipment in your system that you may think could be responsible for the problem, i.e. a modem, a printer, external hard drive, etc. It could save you another trip.
Description of Work: Had computer problems. Obtained the name of Empire Computer Svc on Angies List. Took my computer in after making appointment. Spencer Henderson is very busy providing service outside of his office. He had the computer up and running in 15 minutes, charging me only $22.50. After reconnecting the computer another problem reared its ugly head. I called Spencer and was told to bring it in again. He quickly repaired the problem and charged me nothing. I would recommend Spencer dba: Empire Computer Service very highly. Although he's a man of a few words, he knows his computers and gets the job done quickly and stands behind his work.
