Wright Heating & Air Conditioning

Description of Work: Installed a heating and air conditioning system in an older 3,100 square foot home that had previously had no system. This installation included installing room vents in all the rooms through a thick, difficult to cut ceiling. Randy and his staff were professional, extremely knowledgeable,and flexible; fitting us into a busy schedule quickly so we could move into the home shortly after purchasing it. We highly recommend Wright Heating and Air and look forward to working with them in the future.

Description of Work: Provide HVAC system for new home.

Description of Work: My Coleman furnace stopped working on 1/29/12 on a VERY cold Sunday morning (30 degrees). I didn't know who to call as my former service had been unsatisfactory and I knew they wouldn't come on such short notice on a Sunday anyway. So I tried this new service I had seen in a small ad in the local paper. I left a message on their answering machine and the call was returned IN FIVE MINUTES. Randy Wright (owner and service person) came to my house about 9:30AM, and quickly determined that the problem was a malfunctioning blower motor, which was so completely clogged with dirt that it simply could not work any more. He showed me the problem and said he would need to find a replacement part, and possibly would have to go to Sacramento for it. He took pictures of the condition of the motor and I showed him the invoices from my former service, which had stated "blower cleaned" as part of my yearly service. Every year in September I have my furnace checked and serviced as needed, so I was stunned at its condition and so was my new service man. He continued the service exactly as promised, obtained the replacement part the next day in Sacramento, and installed it that same evening after his regularly scheduled day of work.
