Esther's House Cleaning

Esther is a very nice person but she does not train her staff well. We walked through the house with Esther when we first met and and provided to her written directions and photos. At the first visit, the written instructions were not given to her staff and her staff did not know about anything discussed or have the directions in hand. The written instructions and photos were provided at the third visit, but the staff did not follow the directions and Esther was not present. I contacted Esther and she said things would be better the next time, but they were not. We did not use Esther again after the fourth trial.

I have used Esther's House Cleaning service for nearly ten years, every other week. The level of trust I have with Esther is so strong that I gave her a key to my home so she can clean when I'm not there. Esther works with her sister; these are women of deep faith and honesty. Their reliability is 100%; when they say they'll be there, I know they'll be there. They may be an hour late, but they'll be there. In ten years, they have NEVER once stood me up, which says a lot. Esther is responsive to requests and critiques. I once mentioned that my brick fireplace hearth was being overlooked; now my hearth gets a thorough cleaning every time, without fail. Esther's goal is to have happy clients, and she works diligently to make sure my home is sparkling clean and smells great before she leaves.
