Still in process, but so far they have been excellent. We have run into a snag with the job the flooring company (it was NOT done by JB Custom Finish .. Now I wish I had used them) and JB has, and is, doing everything they can to help us through this.

Jesse did a good job, but he forgot to tighten all the feet to the spindels. I texted him, but he never responded. I probably shouldn't have paid until I inspected the entire job. Other than that, the job was done very well.
