Adam is a very polite, smart, articulate, clean cut, young man, but he is very inexperienced and doesn't know what he is doing when it comes to computer repairs. He took out my entire hard drive and lost many programs and files. He didn't complete his work because he overbooked himself. He texted me on how to get back to my original settings and that should have been done before he left. He didn't bother to call me back or to come back to my house and fix the new problems on my computer. He didn't complete his job with me and managed to lose my pictures, my extensive 2000+ song collection that I had on I tune and other miscellanios files. I had to download I tunes and other programs again because of his incompetency. I put a stop payment on my check to him and he locked me out of my computer by using a remote program giving him UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER. Because of this, I have contacted an attorney and I will press criminal charges.
Description of Work: Contacted BC Computers to speed up my computer.
