+ -1 moreTHEY WERE A LITTLE LATE IN COMING. THEY GOT DELAYED AND DID EVENTUALLY CALL AND APOLOGIZE. THEY SEEM NICE, BUT I DID HAVE TO WAIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED. THEY SEEMED TO DO A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: IT WAS ON MY FRONT DOOR. THE KEY WAS JAMMED IN THE LOCK, I COULDN'T GET IT OUT AND I COULDN'T TURN IT. I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE GARAGE. THEY HAD TO REPLACE PARTS INSIDE THE LOCK.
