We were sold on this company by Laura who visited our home, we found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Scheduling the installation and the day of the installation went pretty well. However, I think that there is a general lack of communication amongst the company; for example Laura had stated one thing that would be done that the day of crew didn't know, they did ultimately do it but we had to communicate it and stay on top of it (which became a theme with this company). Additionally, we had paid for the upgrade to one unit, they ended up installing it on two - a bonus that worked in our favor but showed they weren't clear on that instruction either. The Day of Crew was also supposed to tell us how to run the machine, the foreman gave a very brief, hurried, I want to be done explanation and left the manuals. Then, scheduling the inspection with A&G was a mess; if I hadn't called repeatedly I don't know that it ever would have happened. Additionally, the day of crew said they needed to replace a switch which they would do on the day of the inspection - no one at the company knew about this need and I kept mentioning it (with every phone call and each time no one still knew). Of course, on the inspection day that didn't get done. So a third visit had to be scheduled; at that visit the person from A&G said we should install a surge protector (another $650), which is probably true, but having accepted their plan (I'm not an expert in this field, which is why I hired them) and spent over $10,000 to be told within the first 3 months that you need something else felt very frustrating - I wish we had been told in the beginning. We are planning to use them for maintenance - because if you don't the warranties don't all last, so you are kind of stuck! - but I'm not sure I'd use them or recommend them again. Finally, we were contacted by the company for a survey; I called back to complete it, left a message and have never heard form them again... The lack of communication between themselves and with us was frustrating. That being said we are happy with the system and it works well, which led to my overall rating of Fair.
