3rd Generation Roofing

i had a great experience with eric and third generation. as i sit through a major winter rain storm i am completely at ease for the first time in my recently purchased home. the work was handled expediently and around my schedule. all communications were responded to quickly and to the point. i really appreciate eric's demeanor. i never felt like i was being taken...no b.s. this is what you need...this is when i can do it...this is the price. everything was handled exactly as i would have wished...professionally and in a timely manner. i would re3commend 3rd generation to anyone that has roofing needs.

Eric responded to my calls in a timely manner and completed the work on replacing rotted wood and missing tiles on my roof. I was impressed with how quickly the work was done because I had contacted him two days before Christmas.

I had a leak in my roof - 3rd Generation came by for an estimate - Couldn't find anything wrong & thought he might have to tear up a section to figure it out - Then he checked the attic & saw where the leak was - Back on the roof, he re-checked the area & found ONE loose staple on the side of my contoured roof - He didn't think that was the problem until I told him the last rain was pretty sideways - He said it was probably a freak occurrence and not worth redoing the section just yet - He patched the section w/ some tar & left, not letting me pay him - Said I just need to spray the attic w/ Kilz. Two storms later & we're still dry.

I highly recommend 3rd Generation Roofing. Eric and his team did a great job replacing my roof and came in under all estimates. I couldn�t be happier and have already given out his company information to friends and family.
