He did the work in the time he agreed upon, and at the price stated. We were thrilled with the results and would not hesitate to use him again.

He did a fabulous job. Everything was perfect. I told my friends how good he is. I was extremely impressed. They were beat-up and I didn't think that they would come out as good as they have.

Jerry was consistently on time for all estimates and appointments. He's super courteous and professional and very easy to work with. He has great attention to detail, as you would require for this type of work. For example, he spent the greater part of an entire day just focusing on resetting the nail heads and filling all cracks and nail holes and gaps to ensure a great surface. He was also very accommodating, sanding the floors one week but coating them the following week, so we could better vacate that part of the house. We had previously redone our own floors but his results were heads and shoulders above what we could do with rental equipment! Best of all, there was virtually no dust so no masking or tenting were required. This allowed us access to parts of the house between sandings and other prep processes. What little dust there was, was similar to if we had not dusting for a couple of weeks. A very pleasant surprise. When complete, he left a couple of large bags of high-quality felt feet that probably won't come off the furniture legs until we take them off. That was a nice touch. Can't say enough good about this contractor or the experience. We've been doing lots of remodeling and repair lately, and this contractor ranks at the top of the list for results and quality experience.
