Nathan and his crew were nothing short of excellent. Nathan responded to our request for an estimate almost immediately. He was at our house to give an estimate within 48 ours and the job was done within 2 weeks of the estimate. The crew was very professional and clean. Most all, the quality of the work is great. We are very happy and will use them again in the future.

We have a very unique colored tile roof. When we moved in the color of the house boarded a light peach. While the peach color did match the roof, we hated the color. Nathan worked with us to get a color that not only matched the roof but also looked neutral and clean. He was great! His crew were efficient and nice. They showed up when expected and got the job done in a few days which was great since I was home with a newborn. It looks amazing one year later!

Nathan was very prompt, professional and knowledgable. We would have gone with him but we went with a company with a lower estimate. In hindsight, we should have gone with Nathan. We will definitely consider using his company in the future.

We thought we wrote this review a long time ago when we did the service. From passage of time, yes, we were pleased. They worked hard. They actually were motivated to please us. That was important to me. We had some punch list (small errors) that they did in fact rectify to our satisfaction and that is the way it is suppose to be. I always hold back 10% for performance of this punch list. They did it right away and got the full contact price. A rarity for contractors! They had some struggles in our bathroom but it wasn't their fault. They had to paint it several times to rectify the strange bleeding we were having. No fuss, no request for extra money. They stepped up to the plate. They get a sizable amount of work from angie's list and knew we would review them. They did not want to mess with their main source of business. For this Angie's list works and the contractor was vigilant to do us homeowners good. Fpr this contractor, we give high regards and you know you that they will perform.

Great job. Fast, efficient and professional

The paint job is excellent. We wanted the eaves and trim around the windows painted white, which did increase the time and cost to do the two-tone paint job, but it looks great. They did a good job of protecting the plants in the front yard that are along the wall for the main color, although when the trim was painted the plants did get splatters on them. I had talked to several of the painters about keeping my edibles (arugula, primarily) covered so that they wouldn't get paint splatters on them, and they were protected for the main color, but the crop was lost when the trim was painted as they weren't protected and did get a fine mist of paint on the leaves. There were some complications with scheduling as the job went a little longer than expected, but the guys came on a Sunday to finish the work. They generally did a good job of cleaning up, with only a few bits of debris that I've found blown into corners in the months since. This was part of a Deal purchases through Angies List, and we were offered two ways of applying the deal to the overall job, which I appreciated. It is also very important to me to use low/no-VOC paints, and they were totally accommodating of that desire.

Crew worked very hard. Did great job. Also, we needed assistance with colors to match odd colored tile roof. Looks amazing!!

Nathan and his crew did an amazing job! I work from home so I was there as work was being performed - these guys work hard! I had some extensive dry rot that needed to be repaired - Top Quality came in well under the pest companies for the repair work and I was allowed to inspect the home before the painting started. Painting went very well and very fast - a little higher than another quote I received but coupled with the savings on the dry rot it was a no brainer. Nathan was happy to talk through color selections with me and bring by samples before I made my final decisions. He took into consideration my concerns about sheens and we picked the best solution for my preferences. When the work was complete Nathan and I went through the whole house and all my punch list items were addressed. Nathan even said he would come back to paint an exterior door that was delayed by another vendor. I couldn't be happier with the end product and would definitely recommend them!

When they had left, the work that they had done was not complete. There was still dirt on the house, and markings from where my dog rubs against the house. All of those were able to be taken off by my painter. They didn't use any soap or any product except for water. They told me that, that was as good as it was going to get. They were very rude.

They did an excellent job. Cleaned and prep'ed the entire garage, masked all fixtures etc. Outstanding paint job and the floor is fantastic.

Nathan was professional, punctual and a good communicator. Everything was completed by the timelines we agreed upon. The finished product turned out beautifully and we couldn't be more pleased with the high gloss finish. Would definitely recommend this service.

I had spoken to Nathan last year but did not hire his services until this year as we had put the garage project on hold. Our garage had been in a pretty bad state when we bought the house.Nathan was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and came out the next day to take a look at the scope of work, took measurements, and gave me an overview of what the work entailed . In the next couple days, he gave me a line by line estimate, way lesser than other estimates, detailing the work and it's breakdown, incase I did not want to go with a particular line item. We ended up using Top Quality to paint the walls and ceilings as well as the epoxy flooring with the gloss finish. Following our vacation trip we had a party to throw and I wanted to show off my newly done garage. Top Quality not only kept up to it's name in quality of the work, but Nathan accommodated my request squeezing in my project a week earlier than originally planned. The crew came in on from Tuesday through Friday,with Nathan coming in for regular overviews. When Nathan did the final inspection on Friday evening, he pointed out some sections/spots on the wall ( which I could not have) that he felt needed more work and scheduled a touch up appointment as soon as we came back from vacation, which he did. Overall, Top Quality was professional from start to finish and I will definitely use it again

They came in way cheaper than the pest company on the dry rot repairs and we did end up with a clear pest report when it was reinspected. We were very pleased with the quality of the work performed, as the crew was very good and very thorough. Communication was a bit rough. Nathan seems like a very nice guy, but it also seems like he needs a business manager to handle the business/communication side of it. Through the process, he was a bit hard to get a hold of. However, we still would have used Top Quality again because we were so impressed with their work and their price. BUT, after the work was completed, we requested a final invoice (because things had been paid in several installments after each piece of work was completed), and we were never able to get a response with an invoice or total. We tried emailing and calling and texting, but got no response. We were in a situation where we were selling the house and the buyers were requesting information, and it actually presented a problem for us in that escrow that we couldn't provide them with an invoice from Top Quality showing the repair work. Nathan squeezed us in between other jobs because we were on a short timeframe. We really appreciated that, and we were pleased with the actual work performed. We were actually thinking of using them again at our new house, but after the inability to reach him regarding the invoice issue, we will not be using Top Quality again.

Job went better than expectations. Very profrssional I was allowed to inspect all areas worked on. This allowed me to control not only the work being done, but allowed me lot adjust. I was able to walk through all stages of the job with the foreman I charge. After the paint job I inspected every surface with the foreman any small defect was fixed on the spot. The work ais guarnetted for a,period of Ten years. Very satisfied!

Unfortunately, the company accidently left me off of their schedule the first time they were supposed to show up. (There was a severe rain storm the night before they were supposed to show up and that apparently threw their scheduling into flux). However, the second time it was scheduled the two workers arrived on time and ready to go. They completed virtually all of the work on the first day, but ran out of stucco material. They asked if it was okay for them to return the next day to finish the job. I told them I was okay with that, so they came back the next day and finished the work. The work appears to be well done and thorough.
