Description of Work: They did an OK Job, but did not go back and finish installing items they removed like the telephone box, cable ect. I had to get them to go back to caulk around windows and such which they did, but they tried to get away with not doing it because the house is a rental. The biggest issue is they were supposed to go back and do touch-up paint in the interior after we had new carpets installed. They never did.

Description of Work: The service provider was out of town at the start but contacted me as soon as they returned. We scheduled date for service in September. As I was not in the local area of service for the provider he informed me there would be an additional mileage charge. I was able to get the service at a lower cost without mileage cost from a more local provider.

Description of Work: They pressure washed the exterior of my house and made a repair. The pressure washing didn't take that long and the house looks much cleaner, it's very nice. There was a board that was warping so I had them fix the wood, prime and paint the area, this too turned out nicely.

Description of Work: Nathan Domeier and his team did an excellent job painting in my 2 rental properties - Nathan was particularly helpful in suggesting affordable ways to find the best quality most durable products for the job. He also did a fantastic job painting my rear deck with great SkidNot paint product. Top Quality was quick in, thorough, and gave me a great job at a good price. I would definitely call them again!

 + -1 moreIt was probably the easiest home improvement I have ever had done. We got 5 quotes to do exterior painting on both our house and our neighbors next door. We had 2 bids that were very similar but decided to go with Top Quality after meeting with Nathan. I just liked the way he carried himself and talked about his company plus I felt his guarantee was better than the other contractors. We were trying to decide on colors and Nathan left us 5 or 6 swatches from several different paint manufacturers and when we narrowed it down to about 4 or 5, he came by and painted some samples on the house so we could see how it looked. His advice on dark vs. light and types of paint were most helpful. We ended up going with a darker color than we had and virtually the same color trim. After we got approval from our HOA, Nathan and his crew started the following week and did my neighbor's house (single story) first and then mine (2 story). It took him 3 days to complete mine with absolutely no hiccups. He and his crew respected my landscaping and patio concrete and the clean up was all done to perfection. All I can say is that I am 110% satisfied with the price and the job that Top Quality did and would highly recommend them to anyone. Nathan knows his stuff and was very helpful in getting me what I wanted. We get compliments on our house all the time and I am very proud of the way we have spruced up our neighborhood. There is nothing I can say negatively about the whole process from bid to finish.
Description of Work: Top Quality Painting did an exterior paint job that included filling in cracks in the stucco, painting some wrot iron and all trim using 3 different colors than were originally on the home. This also includes all doors and the garage door as well. As part of the package, they also installed new exterior lights to replace our old ones.

 + -1 moreIt went well overall; however, I must say it is not a good idea to have an entire home painted at one time. Every piece of furniture was moved (by Top Quality Painting personnel) to the middle of each room, covered and taped. This necessitated our staying overnight at a hotel for several days as we could not access dressers, bed, etc. They took great care with our possessions, returning all furniture to approximate locations at the completion of the job. Day one was mostly removing all switchplate covers, taping electrical outlets, taping plastic over all carpeted and tile areas. Very professional job and we are very happy with the end result. Only snag was an indication on Angie's List that the provider accepted credit cards. I had put the amount of the estimate onto my credit card, then found out credit cards not accepted. Mad dash to get contractor paid by check on a weekend.
Description of Work: Interior painting of all rooms for 3800 sq. ft. two-story home with vaulted ceilings (ceilings not included in most areas). Painted areas included walls and baseboards of all rooms, walls, ceilings and baseboards in all bathrooms.
