Top Quality Painting

e We knew this job was going to be quite an undertaking but working with Nathan made us believe this project was merely a routine endeavor for top quality painting and that a successful outcome was never in doubt.We are extreamely pleased with the finished results and appreciate the care and expertise they exhibited in restoring the home's ceilings to like new conditions.In fact,all of the applied finishes came out wonderfully and our kitchen cabinetry now look superb as well.

I wish I hadn’t bought the coupon. The painters were very nice and helpful, but I ended up having to pay $2500 more. However, they did do a very nice job.

Their service was excellent. They were the lowest bid compared to other estimates I received. They were prompt and absolutely great! You could not have asked for better. They came with the best proposal compared to the other proposals I saw. They gave references and examples of different jobs they did. The clean up was great and the supervision was excellent.

Nathan"s worker came by on the day before to prep for painting. The worker power washed , caulked surfaces that were to be painted. The next day the worker showed up early, Nathan brought the paint and the painting process started. Nathan's worker was professional , knowledgeable and did a great job. He started about 8:30 am and finished about 7:00pm.

The crew first pressure washed our house, patio and shed. After waiting a day for the house to dry the crew began the prep work such as caulking, pulling nails used for decorations and miscellaneous adjustments to the house exterior. Then the crew taped various areas of the house before starting to paint. The crew was very accommodating and did an excellent job. Nathan, the owner, did everything we discussed prior to the painting of our house. I highly recommend Top Quality Painting.

I needed an estimate for painting and I was on a deadline. Nathan told me that he would be at my home and he never showed up or called to cancel the appointment. I would have appreciated notification if he could not honor the commitment. I had to begin all over again looking for a painter.

I attempted contact with the provider multiple times and could not even get a call back.

I was very pleased and will use them again. I had good communication with the ownership. The simple things like being on time and the worker committed to himself and asked if he could work later then the 8 hours so it would not be a two day job. He worked hard and got it done. He did outstanding, the quality was outstanding, esp the detail and enamel work.

Nathan came out twice to show us color samples. Once we chose a color, the guys power washed the house and then starting painting. It took about 3 days total. Everything went great and Nathan came back to make sure we were satisfied with the job. They even painted the kids playhouse to match. We would highly recommend him and use him again in the future.

Overall, we were very satisfied with Nathan's team. The exterior painting of our house took 4 days, starting on a Monday and ending on Friday (Tuesday the team did not work on our house). From our initial consult to the final walk through, Nathan was very responsive to questions, concerns, and changes. The team of painters he provided (led by George), were respectful, hard working, and focused on providing a quality paint job. Positives: - Team fixed four boards/trim pieces with dryrot. In some cases, they went above and beyond, fixing sections of trim as they had extra material. - Team was courteous and hard working - The foreman of the job, George, was very receptive to changes to trim color and areas that needed additional touch up. He made it his job to ensure everything was done well. - Price quoted was the price paid for, even with additional work the team did Negatives - One day the team showed up late due to impending rain. I had to contact Nathan to get an update. He indicated that his team would not be painting that day as there was a chance of rain. An hour later, the foreman called and indicated his team would show up, as the chance for rain was slight. All in all, we are very happy with the job Nathan's team did, and would hire them in the future for other painting jobs.

The workers came on Monday morning and were done by Wednesday afternoon. I had picked out three different colors to use throughout the downstairs and upstairs hallway. For the exterior, Nathan helped me pick out the last color that I was looking for. The cream with gray and black trim looks great. The colors were applied perfectly with real attention to detail. Inside, the result is beautiful! The painters moved whatever needed to be moved away from the walls. They covered all the furniture very well, including my baby grand and another piano! The trim was painted white and looks so good in contrast to the deeper colors. After they had finished painting, furniture was uncovered and moved back. Outside, the patio furniture was covered and the plants moved away from the painting. I feel that this job definitely deserves an "A" for the work done inside and out!

Top Quality Painting (TQP) did excellent work. I invited four painters (three painters are on Agie's List with an A rating) to submit proposals. TQP had the best price/service proposal. I paiid TQP for labor, and purchased BEHR paint (highly rated by Consumer's Report) separately. Nathan, the owner, and Herminio, the supervisor, provided excellent service and quality.

Nathan and his crew did an AWESOME job. He helped us choose our colors, explained his process and they were very quick in competing the project. My husband, who is generally VERY picky, was very impressed with the work they did. We love it - it looks like a new house. We were also able to use an Angie's List coupon of $500 off, which was just the icing on the cake. I highly recommend!

Nathan was very professional. My home ended up needing far more paint than he thought it would but he stuck to his quote which was very reasonable. The crew that actually did the painting was great. They we're on time, polite and went over and above. They exceeded my expectations.

Top Quality is truly top quality. The owner Nathan is a pleasure to work with as well has his painting crew. Nathan was able to slip us into his busy schedule and even picked up our color samples approved by our HOA at the HOA office! I didn't have to time off of work to do so yet he was able to fit it into his very busy schedule. Top Quality was very attentive to every request that we had. We even were able to get our front door, overhang and fence painted during the same job even though they were last minute time consuming add-ons. Nathan was awesome at matching our colors per our request. They could not have been more spot on. He took the time to listen and give his professional advice. We are soooo excited that he will be painting our interior this week! That is how great of a job Top Quality did for us.

Overall I'm happy with the work they did. I feel I got a good job because I was present and supervising. They did not take the care I feel they should around overspray. I wouldn't use them again as they weren't as neat as I would expect from a professional painting company. If they had been neater, I could see giving them an A versus a C.

We contracted for the job with Nathan, making a 10% deposit at the time of signing and were scheduled for work to begin in two weeks. The team showed up as scheduled and immediately began their 13 step prep procedures. Nathan's team prepped all three structures by pressure washing, caulking, taping where needed, covering windows, porch areas with plastic,and removing light fixtures, old trim and siding where it was being replaced. Prep work was very thorough and professional. We elected to purchase our own paint. The $$ spent quoted above excludes the cost of paint, but includes cost of other materials, such as siding and trim replacement materials. All repair work was completed professionally and satisfactorily. Exterior structures received 2 coats of paint. Nathan's team was a pleasure to work with - very professional and striving to ensure that the job was done to our specifications. Work was completed within four days. After completion, we did a walk through inspection before final payment was made, and Nathan's team completed the few items that were identified in this walk-through quickly and efficiently. If I had any complaints about this company it would be on the cleanup - afterwards we noted that there were some paint spots on our patio and there was a lock missing from one of the doors - we called Nathan and have yet to hear back from him, so just took care of it our selves. Overall, we feel that we received an excellent result for a good price.

It was a very odd experience. They got the work done but communication with the crew was very sketchy and I was asking questions to the lead painter but I couldn't get a straight answer. It was all convoluted. I can't recommend this company. They were hired on November, they started working about the middle of December and they didn't finish the job until the end of January. This job should have taken about a week but it took a month an a half. There was a couple of rainy days in there but they definitely should have had it done a lot sooner than a month and a half. They claim there was family issues and then that owned the company claimed he didn't get a hold of the lead painter one day. There was a whole lot of issues.

Painted the chimney when I asked them not too but it was too late! Does not look bad, other then that had no complaints.

Nathan was very responsive to our phone calls and got back to us right away if we had to leave a message. He came out to do an estimate quickly and said the package we purchased should be enough time to get everything we wanted done completed. He did explain that 2 hallways might not be able to get done, due to time constraints, but it was okay with us if they weren't done. The crew was able to get everything done, including the two upstairs hallways! They did a great job and we are so thankful we went with Nathan and his crew.

Everything was done as promised and on time

Out of three quotes Top Quality had the lowest bid. They showed up on time and completed the job on time and quoted. Nathan was able to accommodate additions the job such as the exterior trim at a reasonable price. Could use a little bit more detail on the job such as putting the closet doors back on light covers. I would use him again but would keep a closer eye on details.

It was the first time I had used them. He had one of his crews do the job, they did a good job. I would use them again.
