Robert came out and looked at what we wanted and offered suggestions on what could and could not be done adequately. We then set an appointment. He arrived as scheduled, set-up the areas, and completed the repairs in a very neat and professional manner. I let it set a few days before reinspecting it, and all still looks good.

They were fine however, it was not what I expected because the floor didn't look any better. There were no extra charges for this service. I wish they would provide a better description of the service. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

Overall, I was dissatisfied with the job. He missed spots when cleaning the grout, and I feel that he pushed the premium package onto me, and I'm not convinced that this treatment protected the grout any better.

We had very dirty tiles - thanks to dogs and kids. The grout was horribly dirty and I was not optimistic that it could get clean. Sasso Bello came to our house and not only did a terrific job on cleaning the tiles, but also gave us detailed instructions on how to keep them clean. I would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond.

Called and made an appointment for an estimate. Showed up on time for both the estimate and the work. Work was done very professionally and matched custom grout color very well. Looks like new again.

They did a great job on the shower. He refurbish the shower tile, very friendly and professional. I would use him again if I need to.

They were punctual in coming to give the estimate, and they provided good information but we went with a company that was a little less expensive.

We had a couple of ceramic floor tiles where the grout had come loose and one of the tiles was cracked. Sasso Bello sent out someone to do an estimate the morning after I called them, and we were able to schedule them to complete the work a few days later. When they pulled up the two tiles that had the missing grout/cracks, they discovered that there was no sub-floor underneath, just the basic planks of the house's raised floor. The lack of a sub-floor in that spot was probably the reason for the grout problems and for the cracked tile. The individual went to Home Depot and purchased the additional supplies he would need to put in a proper sub floor, and completed the job. It was a little more than the original estimate because of the sub-floor issue, but not unreasonable.

They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They also gave us instructions on how to better clean our tiles.

My floor and grout is still not as sparkling as I would have liked. I wish Robert would have helped me notice a few more holes that needed to be filled in addition to the ones I had noticed. The travertine I see in my friends' homes looks better so I will keep trying other flooring care providers. However, we did really like the microfiber cleaning system Sasso Bella suggested.

Very very well. Everything is holding up, the floors are being taken care of better. The grout between the tiles are clean and staying that way.

Robert let us know the degree of dirt on our grout and tile floors,the amount of time that it would take for him to clean them and the price which was very reasonable.We set up a date for him to return and do the job. I am thrilled with the results. The tile and grout look as clean and beautiful as they did when we first moved in 12 years ago. And Robert was a pleasure to do business with, he was prompt, knowledgeable , and very helpful with info on keeping the tile and grout looking great for as long as possible. I would definatly recomend Sasso Bello and Robert to anyone who needs tile and grout cleaning.

Travertine Tile: I have tried for a couple of years to make my floor look nice but was always disappointed. I found out I was working way too hard and not properly taking care of this beautiful stone. After analyzing my floor, Sasso Bello professionally cleaned and sealed my floor. The sealing did not make my floor shiny but helps protect it from all the things that come in contact with it. Spills are less likely to damage and etch my floor now. It looks AMAZING! Soo much better than before. Besides looking great, the maintenance is less now than before thanks to my lesson on floor care. Robert and crew are very professional and courteous. Plus, they are always there to give advice or answer questions. I am VERY happy with the results.

They were on time, did the work in two days, but, sadly, the result sucks.

I obtained 2 estimates and both were similar in price. I chose Sasso Bello because I felt they may have had more experience in this area vs. the 2nd estimate I obtained from a handyman. I was very happy with the cleaning, re-sealing and time it took to complete the job, and the contact was very professional also. He even took a before and after picture, and followed up with a thank you note--a bit rare these days for this type of work. Overall I was very pleased and would use them again.

Sasso Bello handled all of our tile problems. We had a hard time finding a company that could handle all the repairs we needed, but Robert with Sasso Bello explained to us that they are a complete service company in stone and tile repairs. He was absolutely right, they took care of everything from choosing the correct grout that matched our older grout, repaired those dull spots on my beautiful marble vanity (so happy) and they replaced that cracked tile in the entrance of my kitchen. We had called Sasso Bello before we were members of Angieslist, and a number of companies showed up late, didn't show up at all, or the professionalism wasn't there. Sasso Bello has made our experience with tile repairs a wonderful experience and we will be using this company for all of our tile repair needs. In addition, when Robert told us about Angieslist and the type of companies on there, we had to look for ourselves. We are now members. Thank you Sasso Bello and Robert

Called Sasso Bello to get an estimate on repairing the cracked tile grout in our walk-in shower. Robert was able to come out the next day to give me an estimate on our problem free of charge. He arrived on time and was very knowledgable on other possible problems and causes related to our cracked and leaking grout. Had no problem spending the time with me giving me different options and complications that could be caused by a leaky pipe or faulty shower pan and not necessarily the grout. If the problem is pipes and the tile has to be removed and replaced, his company doesn't provide this service, he was able to recommend another company that he has worked with in the past and is also an Angie's List company. We need to tear out a wall to expose the pipes to determine if pipes are leaking. Really appreciated his honesty and that he didn't just tell me the grout was the problem, charge me to fix the grout, only to have a pipe in the wall be the real problem and to have the water continue to leak through the wall and onto the carpet on the other side of the wall. My male Bassett Hound, who is normally afraid of men, even liked him.
