+ 9 moreBob's team was great! They worked very fast and I could tell he was not trying to screw me over on costs and materials. He provided me with receipts of items I needed him to pick up so I new he was legit. Overall I think the unit turned out great, definitely the best looking one in the complex that is about to go on the market. If you are looking for quality work at a great price I would highly Bob and his team.
Description of Work: Demo of the entire 2 Bed / 1 Bath Unit. Popcorn ceilings scrapped, new texture and paint, installed new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, new laminate floors installed in living area, new carpet in bedrooms and tile in kitchen and bath. New lighting in kitchen. Bathroom completely re-done, new tub and customer tile surround and vanity installed. I wanted this done quick and on a budget since this is a investment property.
