From the initial conversation about the project, the construction, to the clean-up. Rich was very responsive and asked good questions to understand what I was going for. I had an initial idea of what I wanted done but he gave me some great feedback and ideas (such as material types, options on grades of lumber, etc.) about how to bring it all together which I really appreciated. I ended up using many of his ideas and it turned out better than I expected. The workmanship is excellent which is what is most important to me but I felt the project scheduling was handled in a very timely manner and he took care of coordinating the pouring of the concrete and handled the pickup and deliver of the patio materials without my having to micro manage anything. I let him do his job and he did it exceptionally in my opinion. He definitely cares about his finished product which gave me peace of mind and he was very interested in making sure that I was happy in the end. This has been my experience with the past projects I had the privilege to use him on including a remodel with adding two rooms in my house, removal of an interior wall, and some other concrete work. Great experience each time and I highly recommend.
