Platinum plumbing was very flexible, specific about requirements and excellent to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a standard water heater installed in place of a solar water heater.

I got a call from Matt within 10 minutes. He was very personable, and professional. He gave a quote over the phone, and he was able to come out right away and complete the water heater replacement the same day. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend him to friends.

Matt is a professional. He finished the job quickly and took my old water heater away. Unfortunately, it was corroded and couldn't be emptied. Matt moved it full of water. I felt terrible, as it had to be heavy. He let me know I should drain my new water heater once a year and showed me how to do it before he left. His price was fair. It was a good experience.
