Matt showed up on time and did the job professionally.

Job was not complete. Piles of unused dirt left behind. Texted Matt and told him not satisfied and he said he would call on Monday (today) and finish the job. Matt never called and doubt he will. Would never recommend this company. I thought the cost was quite high but needed the work done and decided to go with it. My mistake. Thought Home Advisor did a better job of screening. No professional would leave a job unfinished like this one did. Very disappointed

I tried several other plumbers who didn't return calls or willing to quote cost. Matt contacted me immediately, asked for pictures and quoted a fair price. He was right on time for the appointment. It turned out I purchased the wrong faucet and Matt waited while I got the right faucets and he installed them quickly and cleanly. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or recommend him.

Matt did a great job. We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom which leaked into the downstairs ceiling. Matt repaired the leak within 30 minutes and recommended a pro to repair the ceiling. Job was to install new toilets in recently purchased house. Installation went well but did not caulk around toilet base. Appeared upset that customer requested caulking. Caulking job was hasty and not professional grade.

WAS ABLE TO COME OUT SAME DAY. GREAT PRICE. WAS RELIABLE, POINTED OUT ANOTHER ISSUE WITH GALVANIZED PIPING ATTACHED TO MY COPPER PIPING AND FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. OTHER BUSINESSES CALLED WITHIN SECONDS OF FILLING OUT HOME ADVISER REQUEST AND WERE COMPANIES THAT WOULD NOT GIVE ANY IDEA OF PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND ONLY PLANNED ON SCHEDULING AN ESTIMATE DAYS LATER. GO WITH PLATINUM. MATT OWNS THE BUSINESS AND COMES OUT WHEN YOU NEED HIM.
