Matt, the repairman and owner of the company I believe I dealt with contacted me right away after submitting my request via Home Advisor website to locate and contact a plumber to repair my water heater, which wasn't heating the water in the tank at all. Although I contacted him in mid-afternoon and he was currently at another job, he said he'll still come by my home on his way home to put a new thermocouples assembly at a specified time. Well, Matt showed up on time as promised and did the job in a short time charging me a reasonable fee since I already had the replacement parts sent to me from the manufacturer because the tank was only three years old and still under warranty. Matt was a real nice and personable guy not trying to push buying another water heater. But he did say that if my water heater does go out -and I know that more than likely it will, I should consider getting a tankless water heater, but said it in a low key way as a suttle suggestion and let it go at that. I would definitely go with him again for any future plumbing issues and will recommend his services to my family and friends.

I had a leak by my water meter. When I called him to get an estimate, he showed up in 30 minutes and gave me an estimate. Then he came in the next day to repair the leak. Hiis price was reasonable for $300.

Matt was incredibly flexible and went way above and beyond what we expected. We hired him to (1) install a new bathroom sink and faucet (which was done perfectly and quickly) and (2) replace a defective kitchen faucet. He installed a new replacement kitchen faucet, but it was defective. The mfg. sent a replacement part, and Matt came back and installed it for free. Then we had another problem with the same faucet. When we got the other replacement part, he came back again and installed it for free, again! He always returned our panicky calls quickly, and showed up soon after. I can't thank him enough for his wonderful service.

Good experience with previously unknown contractor

Within 30 seconds of submitting my request, Matt calls with a very fair estimate. In just a little over an hour he had a new water heater installed, and the old one taken away. Just unbelievable service. He's our go-to man now for plumbing.

If I could give him 10 stars I would. He was on time, did a great job and cleaned up after himself. He was very personable and I would hire him for anything. GREAT!!!!!!!
