Matt, the owner, called before coming and was on time The install was completed in 1 hour. Matt did the work, was very nice and efficient. I appreciate he was not a rip-off artist with the price like another quote I received from a well-known company. Yes, I will spread the word to friends and neighbors about his business.

Super Fantastic! Doug Grant is the owner and operator. He was very responsive and helpful to our needs of getting hot water back into our home. He answered my call late at night and immediately followed up the next morning with pricing and making arrangements to pick up and install a new hot water heater the same day. So grateful for his professionalism and timely handling. Pricing was fair and he explained pros/cons with no up sells. If you need hot water heater repairs or replacement, he's your guy. Matt called me very quickly on a Friday night!! My water heater was desperately in need of immediate repair as water was running all over garage. He gave me an estimate within an hour and was at my house first thing Saturday morning. Had it replaced in less than an hour. Great Job and very professional...I am very pleased!!

He called me back about 3 minutes after I requested a plumber from Home Advisor. He showed up on time. He installed a new hot water heater and hauled an old and unused water softener away with the old hot water heater. A few days later, developed a leak in the master bathroom. He showed up the same day and fixed the leak with new parts. Very neat and tidy. Extremely polite, friendly and really knows what he's doing. I have recommended him to my neighbors and friends.

Matt was quick to respond and offered a competitive quote. The quote was what I paid. He showed up on time and cleaned up.

I hired this Matt to change my Main gas line and run new gas lines to the outdoor kitchen and fireplace I was building. He took 3 weeks to complete the job. Held all the other contractors up waiting on him to finish. Left one water line (which he said he would do for free) dripping for a week because he said he didn't have any fittings for that size pipe even though he was the one to suggest we run the PEX piping in the first place! He said he lives in Eldorado County so I assume he knows how much we pay for water here! Then he mixed the colors up so half the cold was red and the rest of it was blue. There's a reason for the colors right? I said I don't want all these connectors in the line (there were 4 in a 34 ft run) it was pieced together. I felt that would be a place where a leak would happen. I explain to him I would like a continuous run. I said I wanted the colors to be correct as well. When I ask him to change it he said it didn't matter. I said it matters to me. He said he didn't have enough blue line and it only came in specific lengths so it had to have connectors. I said I think I've seen that stuff in rolls 100 ft long! I had to go to Home Depot and take a picture of it and send it to him! The next day he replied," Buy it and I'll install it." How could I complain he SAID he was doing this part for free! So I bought it, I ran and insulated the line. He brought the connector and connected it to the existing water line. He was at my house no longer than 15 minutes each time he came. In between those times was about a week. The gas lines (which is what I initially hired him for and was the most important thing) were all piece together so badly that we ended up spending extra to have someone else come and redo it so that there wouldn't be any problems. There was one point that had 3 couplings in a 2 ft span! And the big gas main change that he called the biggest job, I took that off the table completely, just to get rid of him sooner! I will never hire this plumber again! Maybe he did good work for others but he totally screwed us! We trenched ALL the lines ourselves to save money and it still cost over 2K. We didn't want to have any problems with building codes that's why we hired a "professional" after all that, our job wasn't done to code. The replacement plumber had to get us up to speed with that. In the end I just wanted him OUT and OFF this project! I paid dearly to be DONE with this guy!!! I hope this review helps anyone out there looking for good help. Do your homework as far as interviewing various contractors. I thought I did, I usually have good turn out through Home Advisor and I will continue to use this site because of that. This just happened to be one of those times that I got took! Hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Matt lived to his commitments and did a great job installing our new tankless hot water system, very pleased.

Matt called me right away after I requested a referral from HomeAdvisor. He came and looked at the problem, explained the two options I had. He finished the job in a short time and hauled the old unit. Great job.

The house was out of hot water do to the heater failure. I was in a pinch and Mark contacted me immediately. Mark gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and arrived shortly thereafter. Mark was fantastic, very knowledgeable and completed the job as a true Pro. Should I need any future plumbing work I will definitely use Platinum Plumbing.

In less than 24 hours from my call, we had a new water heater installed and the old one hauled away. He quoted a very reasonable price, and that was exactly what we paid total. When you need a new water heater at a good price, this is the place to call.

Friendly, down to earth, and concerned enough to come out on a Saturday morning to squeeze me in before a big family event. I've got a new plumber.

Contacted Pro Plumbing on a Saturday about leaking water heater and he came to install new water heater on Sunday. Our appointment was at 10:00am and he was done before 11:00am. We were very grateful for his professionalism and experience. We would definitely use him again.

Matt was excellent. He arrived as he said he would, took care of business without a lost step. He was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to use him again.

After rescheduling the appointment (it wasn't an emergency) Matt showed up on time and did an excellent work (replacing the old water heater with the new one - much faster than his original estimate was :-)). He cleaned up and hauled the away the old water heater. He showed a superb knowledge of all issues I asked regarding the heater. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work!
