Placerville Window Screens and Chimney Sweep

Company was late. Inspected chimney and informed us that chimney was unusable due to what appeared to be a chimney fire at one time (liner in chimney was missing). Took a brush and scraped at inside of fire place for about a minute or so then vacuumed out some of the ashes that fell on the bottom. Spent less then 20 minutes at our home (half the time out in his truck on various cell phone calls). Did not present any bill or receipt and demanded that we pay $125 for a chimney sweep. I questioned why he was charging for a chimney sweep and he became angry and aggressive demanding payment. He did not to my knowledge complete a full chimney sweep and when confronted about the matter said that I could just pay him $100 and call it even. As a female I was very intimidated as he was getting more aggressive. I asked if I wrote the check to his company and he said no, write it to him. Over-all his behavior was strange and aggressive making me very uncomfortable. Left ashes/mess.
