+ -1 moreWe have a contract with them. We pay them every other time they come out. They are excellent. We have used them for about 15 years. We had several compaines come out to look at the work we needed done and we liked them best.
Description of Work: They come out twice a year to clean the filters and check the heating and air conditioner to make sure we are ready for summer and winter.
