Description of Work: He did our deck enclosure, stairs, with a floating deck platform. He also did the railings. He did a privacy screen at the end of our deck. He did all the lighting and installed a shade screen.

Description of Work: Patio Pros installed a Duralum patio cover in my backyard. The cover was a combination type consisting of a 200 SF solid insulated top with another 100 SF of lattice surround. A ceiling fan which I provided was also installed and controls were plumbed inside my family room. The owner, Dana Cross, is very pleasant and professional to work with. Dana really helped me in making decisions regarding the final design and measurements. I admit to being a very picky customer, but was satisfied with how clean and beautiful the patio cover turned out. |

+ -1 moreDana and his crew came out on a Friday and started working. They seemed to get a lot done. Then we went on vacation and gave Dana access to our yard. They were finished by the next Wednesday. We had a neighbor take pics as Dana worked forward on the covering and he sent us the pics while we were gone. All seemed to go well and looked good from afar. When we got home we were pleasantly surprised. It was just what we wanted and envisioned. We also bought a solar shade for one side of the cover and Dana agreed to attach it to the cover when it arrives. Dana is the owner and also works on most of the jobs. He knows what he's talking about, quite organized and any time we had questions or concerns he promptly got back to us and even came to the house a couple of times prior to signing a contract to address our questions and concerns. We were extremely happy with the results.
Description of Work: We had an existing deck that was away from the house. We wanted to put a permanent covering over a 14' x 20" deck area. It required four large footings being dug. We wanted it wired for lights and a fan AND we did not want the four posts on or in the existing deck. We got estimates from 8 firms. Dana came to our house and listened, then came up with some solutions. We had a couple of design issues and Dana created solutions for them (other firms punted). We hired Dana and he and his staff built our covering in about 3 days.
