Make Your Move Folsom

We had a GREAT experience with Make Your Move Folsom on our local move recently. Their friendly and responsive communication through the whole process, and considerate and professional movers all impressed us. The scheduling team (Erin, Sherian, and Jeff) answered all the questions we had, explained the moving process and pricing clearly and transparently, and confirmed all details before our moving. During the two months from our first inquiry call to moving day, they’d been keeping in contact with us, giving us updates and confirming our moving details. Those wonderful movers (Robert and Bill) worked very hard, efficiently, and quickly on the moving day. They were so organized and timely, working together seamlessly, which saved us a lot of time and surely money. Special thank you to Kevin, the owner, who leads such an incredible team!

Excellent service and experience all the way around

It was great! They came to my rescue within 24 he's because of another company's mistakes. They were unable to move my refrigerator and Kevin's crew came with the right tools and experience to get the job done right. U recommend them highly.

Kevin was organized and sent a great team to make this move happen. They guys had some real physics challenges (king bed + spiral staircase), but they figured it out quickly and acted like it was no big thing. They were careful and thorough. Would absolutely use again.

Kevin and Erin recently helped us move from one home in Folsom to another. This was our first time moving where we paid movers, we were quite nervous not knowing what we might get, and after doing a lot of online research I decided to take a chance with Make Your Move. We ended up being very glad that we did. Our move had a couple delays due to builder issues beyond our control, and each time I had to contact them with a change, they were flexible and beyond accomodating. They are great at communicating with their customers, they did exactly what they said they would, there were no suprises, and were honest, direct, and transparent each step of the way. The team of movers that helped us were amazing - we have never seen a group of people work as hard as these guys worked for us! They were respectful of us and our young daughter, courteous, friendly, and honestly made a really stressful day a lot better. We really liked these guys and were so glad that they were the ones to help us. We recommend the entire team at Make Your Move Folsom without hesitation.

Excellent. Please understand that I don't hand out compliments easily. It takes an exceptional experience to motivate me to do this review. Part of my reason for recommending Make Your Move is that I want other people who are moving to have as easy a transition as I did. Let's face it. Moving is no easy task. And most of the time, those of us who are moving are under alot of stress with numerous things going on from all directions simultaneously. It's easy to have the stress take over and I have to admit, I'm no exception. Moving is not fun for me and it shows. But this company and their employees have helped to change my moving mind set. I have a second move coming up, so when the renovations to my new home are complete I will definitely hire MAKE YOUR MOVE again. No hesitation. Why? First of all, this company is family owned and operated. They work almost exclusively on referral and I can see why! Everyone who chooses to work with MYM wants to share how great the company and employees are to work with. From calling ahead and arriving on time, to being organized and efficient, the guys who moved me, John, Roberto, and Phillip, were friendly, caring, helpful, polite, professional, and discrete. I was moving out of a difficult housing situation, so it was necessary that they be as quick and quietly discrete as possible. They responded well to the situation at hand. In addition, they treated my possessions carefully and thoughtfully and followed important instructions to the letter. When we arrived at the temporary destination, I needed a careful arrangement of my contents for easy access and they responded to my rather "picky" requests easily and effortlessly. I will say it was difficult, at first, to be called ma'am but it was their way of being professional and responsive. I can't say enough about the office staff, either. It's important to know who you're dealing with. And they made it very easy. Prompt responses! Professional and Knowledgeable! Friendly! Understanding! Communicative! Up front! Full disclosure! (Very important) I could tell the people I spoke with in the office were smiling as they were speaking to me on each and every call. They made me feel like I was part of their circle of friends without over reaching. You might need more information than I am providing, and if so, I highly recommend you just take the time the make the call and find out for yourself! Overall rating? Higher than the chart allows. Make Your Move is a great name for their business! I might add......."and enjoy it, too!"

We used the moving service in Sacramento area. The move went smooth and all our belongings were handled with care. We felt safe and would recommend their service to your friends and family!

This was my first move that wasn't company paid and handled by a professional relocation company, so I was quite anxious about the entire process. Make Your Move Folsom immediately set my mind at ease from the first contact with the estimate and scheduling of the move date. The 4 man crew that arrived bright and early on move day was professional, strategic, experienced, friendly and boy did they hustle! I had at least 5 incredibly heavy items that had to be moved from the second floor of one house to the second floor of the new house. This crew was actually jogging back up the stairs for the next items to move after each trip down the stairs. The owner, Kevin, checked in several times throughout the day to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. The whole thing went much more smoothly than I expected. I would definitely recommend this company!

Our move experience with Make your move Folsom was excellent! The 3 man crew was professional and friendly. They took care with all of our belongings and wasted no time. The day went extremely smooth! We almost used them for our move back in March but went with a different moving company. I regret that decision as we had a bad experience with the movers complaining and bad attitudes. When we had to move again, I decided to go with Make your move Folsom and it am so happy that I did. This experience was so much better. I would recommend this company to anyone needing movers. I will also make sure to tell anyone that needs a mover to choose this company. The owner, Kevin, takes great pride in his company and it shows. He called to talk with me at the start of the move and again at the end to make sure I was completely satisfied before they left.

Process was easy. Their team was very communicative and easy to work with. Everyone was professional and efficient.

I’d never hired movers before. They were referred to me by a friend who used them. I was amazed at the job they did! Very happy with how they handled the situation. There were some obstacles that came up with access to my property and the drivers couldn’t get to my house. Kevin was able to get a different truck and get the movers out the next day. He did all the footwork and made it happen. The movers were super awesome, they worked hard and fast and took care of my stuff. I’d recommend them to anyone moving and I would most definitely use them again.

Make Your Move was amazing to work with during our move. They were flexible and took great care to ensure no damage was done to the items being moved or the structures. The team was extremely personable and great to work with.

It was very quick, the movers were courteous and careful. They loaded the truck and brought everything up to my 4th floor apartment.

Move went well. Movers were professional and hard working. They were focused on getting the job done and worked hard to do so. Moving up items up to the second floor they were extremely careful and did well not to damage the stairway rails or walls.

The company responded to me right away and was able to work in my move at the least minute. Everyone from the office staff and the movers kept me updated on when they would arrive. The movers were fast and efficient. They got the job done without any issues. They took their time in making sure the items were protected which made me happy since some of the items were personal treasures of no value except to me.

They did an excellent job. Very accommodating and carful. All and all great service and will be using them again.
