Description of Work: Tanya has cleaned our home on several occasions and always does a wonderful job. She does whatever you ask. I don't usually have her clean windows, but I know the service is available upon request.

Description of Work: Complete house cleaning by two workers. So pleased that I continue to use KPV biweekly as my cleaning service. The work included whole house, with 2 baths, 3 sliding glass doors, carpet vacuumed and tile floors washed. Vera the owner is a real peach and her workers are well selected. My regular cleaner now is Tatiana and she is tops!

Description of Work: Vera, the owner, came and we did a walk through of the house and I explained in detail what I wanted and expected, Thorough cleaning from floor to ceiling. Blinds, doors, baseboards needed attention. Those were to be tackled the first two Thursdays that her employee was to come. In addition to the above, I wanted the house cleaned, not wiped down. I offered my cleaning products, but they only wanted the furniture polish. I am very picky about my floor and again explained, no wiping, soapy bleach water and scrubbing once a month which I was to help with. The two cleanings with T weres great, she got in and got all the blinds, doors, and baseboards done, PLUS all the bathrooms (3 1/2) each time. Complete housecleaning the second time. Great job! Next cleaning, when I called Vera to ask her if I could send her a list to explain to T, the employee, what I wanted done, she had me fax it over and then called me to tell me that T did not want to do what was on the list, too much work. There was nothing on the list that was not general cleaning, maybe required a bit more effort than spraying and wiping. And I asked them to use my products. I was very disappointed in the lack of motivation. They did not like the fact that I wanted them to use different products, brought there own which I do believe (could be wrong) were Amway or maybe natural products. Language was also a problem as the employee did not speak/understand English that well.

Description of Work: Vera came to my home a few days prior to the actual cleaning, so we could discuss my expectations and she could give her estimate for thoroughly cleaning my house from top to bottom. I was looking for the kind of deep cleaning you do once every few years.
