Johnny is personable, professional and a diligent communicator. He provided an initial walk through and then set up a regular schedule that works for my household. His staff are friendly and efficient; I have been very happy with their work.

We utilized Johnny Sparkes for a year plus. We tried to coach the cleaning staff about how/what we needed cleaned, but it would be done once, then never again. The service was more about how quickly the team could get the check and get out of the house, then the quality of work. The cleaning staff was fantastic but I believe they are pushed to clean the house as quickly as possible so they can move onto the next house. It is as if they clean in fear? When I called to cancel, Johnny called back and asked what went wrong. When I described our complaints, his response was that we weren't paying enough for the size of our house. Johnny priced the house. I then asked, if we were to pay more $$$ would the house get a better and more focused cleaning, his response was "yes if you pay more we would do a better job"!!!! Avoid at all cost!

I have used Johnny Sparkles numerous times over the years, love their service and I wouldn't call anyone else. They are efficient, responsible and go above and beyond. Johnny Sparkles makes my house and windows sparkle. I contacted John to get my house cleaned before my Mother in Law came for a visit, and he found a way to get my cleaning into their busy schedule. I came home to a sparkling clean house and was thrilled with their service. If your house, windows, carpets need cleaning-call John!

It always goes extremely well. My house is spotless when they leave. Everything is put back in its place.

The price is really fair, its really good, they're actually the cheapest service that I've seen. They clean twice a month. Every time I call them and say " hey, guys can you take care of this and that" and they do. They're easy to work with.

Today was our third cleaning. After our second, I liked it so much, I opted to have the team clean every week. I don't pay the extra to have my sheets changed, but having the bed made never occurs (thought it was an oversight the first time, left a note the second time, then no made bed on the third). Dusting was good until visit three. Otherwise all other cleaning was done very well. There are only two of us, and we are never home, so the only really bad stuff is dust and vacuum, etc. Sorry. They are awesome. They do a fantastic job. They called and confirmed a day before every scheduled appointment. They have a nice touch to the cleaning service when they left. They fold all the towels in a unique way. They are very friendly, very courteous, and very detailed. I have used other companies in the past, and this is the best company I have ever used. I highly recommend them. They are reliable. They do a great job. Their price is very competitive and reasonable. They price depends on the size of the house, the amount of the time, and how many housekeepers come to do the work.
