Description of Work: I needed concrete in the front carport

Description of Work: Everything seemed fine at first but then they stopped communicating with us once we received our grill equipment and they were supposed to build the outdoor kitchen. Turns out they were never licensed for this type of work and didn't have the professionalism to tell me in the first place even though we signed a contract outlining in detail all the work they were agreeing to do. We ended up having to file a claim to get some of our money back. I had to supervise their work every step of the way and correct many mistakes that were made and prevent some that would not have been able to be corrected. The retaining wall started out looking good but got very sloppy as if they just wanted to get it done. No pride in their work apparently. They left us with a huge incomplete job and I had to hire another contractor to finish. I only give them a C because the actual concrete work turned out ok but could have been a lot better.

Description of Work: Installed approximately 1,309 square feet of colored, stamped and sealed concrete including all the necessary prep involving crushed gravel and reinforced steel, etc. Project resulted in an approximately 800 square foot,18 inch raised patio; 4 hillside staircases with a landing between the staircases that connects the upper section of the property to the patio and walkways below; planter box curbing, and a sidewalk that connects the patio and staircases to the remainder of the lower yard.
