We had a broken torsion spring on our garage door, and we decided to replace both of them. This afternoon, I called 4 agencies to get quotes for this. First Response Garage Doors was the least expensive. We are glad that we used First Response Garage Doors. During the initial phone call, Sean (technician) quoted me a price for the 2 springs and said that it would take less than an hour. Sean arrived on time to the appointment this evening, and the work took 45 min. We had many questions for the technician: he worked diligently and answered our questions. In addition to replacing the two springs, Sean lubricated the tracks, rollers, and jackscrew on the opener mechanism. The price on the invoice matched the quoted price: also, it was a pleasant surprise to not be "up-sold". We have a 30-day warranty on labor and a 1 year warranty on parts. I recommend First Response Garage Doors - not only for their reasonable prices, but also for their straightforward approach.
