Description of Work: Responded quickly and on time. Estimate provided for cleaning (hand scubbing travertine grout as requested) and sealing approx. 650 sf. I paid quite a bit of money to have the travertine buffed when it was installed and I didn't want to have the standard machine tile cleaners use as no one would guarantee the shine would survive. Estimated bid was roughly $900.00. Material cost would not exceed $75.00 (my est.). Said he would finish in one day and do it by himself. $100.00 an hr??????? Give me a break, and that was estimate only leaving the door open for a higher or lower cost. I found 2 other guys who cleaned the tile on Sat for $200.00 they spent 5 hrs each, I supplied the materials ($38.00). Sealing was an extra $75.00. Grout looks new.

Description of Work: The Busy Bee did a wonderful job on restoring the stone floor in the Great Room and halls. We just purchased a house, which has about 800 square feet of what we were told during the purchase process was travertine. With the stains and scratches, it needed to be cleaned up and restored before we moved in to the house. The Bee identified that it was not travertine but limestone and even better limestone with shell fossils. He recommended honing, color enhancing and sealing. Additionally we had an issue that we were having flooring installed in an area that interfaced with the stone the following week.

Description of Work: We had our garage (have a pool table out there), living room and two bedrooms cleaned.

Description of Work: Had Busy Bee (Bill) come out for an estimate to thoroughly clean ceramic tile in kitchen, downstairs bath, laundry room and downstairs hallway. Bill arrived on time for the estimate and went through the estimate in detail. He also offered to clean a sample spot right then to see how much better he could make it. The job was to clean, reseal the grout and provide detailed instructions on how to keep up the clean look and feel over time. He noticed there was some bad tiles and grout. Wanted to make sure we knew about the cracked tile and warned in advance that the grout may come up a little when steam cleaning and scrubbing took place.

Description of Work: I wanted the carpet in 5 rooms cleaned. Master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms, dining room, and great room.

Description of Work: Cleaned and prepped all ceramic tile flooring with a light acid wash and sealed all the grout.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning - living, dining and family rooms, hallway, bedroom and master bedroom and bath. Carpet repair - replaced (with my old leftover carpet from installation) two areas in front of patio doors which had been shredded by a stubborn cat trying to get out at night. Tile re-grout, cleaning and sealing - new grout around kitchen sink counter, cleaned and applied sealant to all kitchen tile.
