+ -1 moreDropped my computer off on a Tuesday morning. Rob said he would give me a call Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday and no call. Thursday no call. Went in Friday morning to pick it up. Rob couldn't find it. Told him about his lack of a call and he laughed and said it must not have been repaired. He did find and return it. At least he got something right. An hour wasted driving there and back.
Description of Work: Nothing, but his lack of service was very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreBitWise is the best. Rob Barrie has worked on my Mac Book Pro, and my iMac27. I had issues with both computers. His prices are fair. He has outstanding follow-up. I have had to phone several times on some issues (my fault), he was patient and resolved my problems. I highly recommend BitWise.

+ 0 moreHe gets in remotely from his shop and does most of the repairs. If you have a real problem, like I had a real ugly virus with my desktop and I had to take that in to the store for him. He is probably the most knowledgeable guy I've ever had working on computers. He is not the cheapest guy in town.
Description of Work: I have used BitWise Computer Repair & Consulting. He has done several things for me. He came out to my house to deal with a Wi-Fi problem that I had and he has repaired two of my computers at two times.

+ -1 moreFrom the moment I walked in the first time, until the time I left on the last visit, Rob did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, at the price he said he would charge. Can't expect any more than that.
Description of Work: I have used Rob's services at least a half-dozen times since he opened shop. He is extremely knowledgable, totally professional, warm, fair and responsive. I have been totally satisfied everytime I go in to have some problem on one of my computers taken care of.

Description of Work: He repaired my computer remotely. He does not need to come to your house he can fix it from his office.
