The crew is really hardworking. They did a great job stripping off the old shingle siding and increasing insulation and installing new cementatious siding. This process isnt cheap, but I got a good price for the value of the work. They cleaned up every night and hauled everything away.

ALCO Exteriors did my exterior siding on one side of my house. The owner Mike was professional and provided a good explanation of what he was going to do. His workers were hard working and did a fine job too. I'd hire this company again.

Great work to replace our siding with new T-111 and add insulation around the house. The crew was very efficient and friendly even if they had to work hard on some hot days. The owners checked on the progress they're making every day. We'll highly recommend them for quality and price.

Took a while to compare bids, I had 5 bids, but from the get go, Mike provided me with his recommendations. I had 22. windows installed, new construction in the front and retrofit in the back. Installation was seamless with his excellent crew lead by Luis and Ben. The crew is professional, hardworking and punctual. Any request I had was handled quickly and efficiently. Mike and his crew give great customer service and respond to problems or concerns very quickly. Alcoâ s pricing was fair and reasonable and I felt their bid provided more value for the money. If you hire this company to install your windows you will be more than pleased.

They completed the job as scheduled. Adhered to a 8:00 am to 4:30pm work day. The entire crew was very neat and professional. They did a great job.

1. The Quote process: Michael came out a day or two after I reached out for a quote. I a lot of research and had a ton of questions. He was patient and answered all of them. He was the fourth contractor we had bid this job. We were looking to replace our cedar shingle siding with James Hardie lap siding. He produced the quote on site and that evening I reached out to ask about also replacing our windows. He came over again the next day to talk about it and measure. Came out a third time the next day with his partner and window specialist to measure and check for egress issues in the bedrooms. He was patient and thorough and prepared two separate quotes. One for siding and one for windows. We decided over that weekend to book him. 2. Ordering the custom windows took 6 weeks. So that how long it took to start the job. Siding only wouldve been about a month wait. This gave us time to prep all the parts of the house that would need to be painted to match the new siding. We did this part of the job ourselves and saved several thousand. Mike was upfront that his guys arent painters. Theyd do it, but what they really do is siding. 3. The install: Crew did the whole home demo in 4 hours. They were quick, clean, efficient, magical. The window install took two very long days but everything was done perfectly. The house needed insulation, so they threw that up in a day, and then did the OSB, Hardie Wrap. Once the siding started going up was when I could tell that the Foreman, Luis, was an artist and a perfectionist. He was as determined to get get it right like I was, and I couldnt have asked for a better person to lead the team. They had never done a white siding/white trim job before and it was challenging. They problem solved the whole time and even did some special projects for me as they went. All told, the entire job was done in 8 full days. The place was cleaned up and ready for inspection at the end of the last day. We COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED.

Mike was a light at the end of a long tunnel of confusing bids. He efficiently and professionally explained product details and cost. I truly believe he did his very best to give me the best price possible. He made sure he had enough hard working crew members to complete the complete re-siding and trim of my home. It looks like a brand new house.

Michael was very helpful with the initial design and product selection. Had a great crew knock the job out fast. Removed old wood battens and added beautiful cement fiber shingles plus trim. Great job, and looks like an entirely new house.

Poor workmanship and repair work was even worse. Within days the siding was coming off over my front door. The cuts of the siding were poorly cut. Would not recommend this company...

Mike and his crew were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. When Mike first came out to give us a quote, he made sure to spend the extra time to explain all of our options and never once tried to upsell us into a product that wasn t practical for our needs/budget. We ended up choosing Mikes company to install Hardie Lap siding on our mid 70s home. We had the original redwood T1-11 siding, which due to the condition, we were able to go right over the top of it. I had other contractors tell me they had to tear it off and replace it with OSB. I knew this wasn t necessary, but the average home owner may not know that. Mike was upfront and gave us both options, but recommended going over the existing siding to save on costs, as it was in good condition in most places. Due to dry-rought concerns at the bottom of the siding, Mike made sure to cut the bottom 2-3 off all of the existing siding to verify we weren t covering any issues. (Turns out dry-rought was extremely minimal). Since we were installing new siding, we decided to go with new windows as well. Mikes window crew worked hand in hand with the siding crew. The whole project was complete in one week. (Single story 1,350 sqft home, 11 windows) Being in construction, I am a bit more nit picky than most customers, so I pointed out a punch list I had for Mike. He showed up the next morning and addressed every one of my concerns without a question. I was very impressed with the no questions asked get it done attitude. Again, these were not things he did wrong, just minor requests I had after seeing the finished product. I would absolutely recommend Mike and his crew for your siding needs. His attention to details was spot on. Mike won t consider the job complete until you are satisfied with his work. -Connor
