Abrahams Landscaping & Concrete

The concrete project turned out well, and I would recommend this company for that project alone. However, communication skills could use improvement. It was frustrating that he would set up a time to come to my house, but not show up or call for a few days later. He had gone to a different job and missed a couple of times he said he'd be at my house. I also hired him to put up about 40' of fence, which at first turned out sub-standard and after some debate, he agreed to fix the problems.

My project was a total of 19.8 yards of concrete flatwork or 1250 sq ft. It is a frontyard patio water foutain area with a backyard entertainment patio area. It included a redesign of the front enrty and rework of the steps into house from a sliding galss door. It was a colored salt finish with 12" wide broom finish bands with accent scoring. From dirt to forms to finish concrete in 7 days. His crew worked hard and did a beautiful job. The neighbors have not stop commenting on how great it looks.

Extremely easy to deal with. I was nervous because I have had bad experiences with contractors doing a bid then coming back an unexpected bill. Dave was professional and communicated well. He did the rebar and extra concrete for pool equipment although it was not in the orginal bid and charged me a fair increase for the job. Overall I am amazed as the speed and quality of the job for a fair price. I would highly recommend these guys for concrete landscape projects.

Did an excellent job. Gave good ideas to my wife and I who have no idea what we wanted. The result was a beatiful landscaping job that we love. Only beef was it took a little longer than proposed but was worth the wait.

STARTED AND FINISHED on time! grass is growing really well............ would have liked written instructions for future care, ie fertilize? with what? when? and any other pertinent info to keep our beautiful new lawn looking this well from now on. when the grass started turning brown in big patches, we called Mr. Abrahams. he did respond once, citing too much water...we had been watering exactly to his verbal instruction, but as the grass continued to brown we again tried to reach him by telephone over a period of several weeks. we only heard from him just after we had new sod installed. and to date, February, 2009, still nothing from him re
