Response from 3 Generations Improvements
First of all, we did not complete any work for this customer. We attempted to contact the member about this misunderstanding but he is not returning our calls or emails. Even after showing him proof of our email correspondence asking for pictures and designs on how he wanted to change his exterior he decided not to change this unfair review (he told us he wanted to change his siding, decking and railing appearance and he was going to email us pictures after his vacation). With his approval we even traveled to his Tahoe home and measured and were prepared to provide him with an estimate once we knew how he wanted to change his exterior. We told him that we could meet him at his East Bay Area home to show him our proposal and samples after we got some additional information. We have won several awards over the past several years for our outstanding customer service including Angie's List's 2012 Super Service Award. However, we do not understand how prospective customers (that you do not do any work for) can leave negative and inaccurate reviews about a company without even meeting with them! Furthermore, even when we have proven to Angie's list that the review is inaccurate they will not remove the review. We understand and welcome organic and honest feedback on our company and are confidant in our performance not just as a contractor, but as a professional, honest and family owned organization! However, we have found that too many online reviews are not an accurate representation about a company and that too many testimonial sites protect the rights of the customer without giving any rights to the company being reviewed! As always we remain steadfast in our approach to providing customers with the professionalism and integrity that is lacking in our industry and we continue to live by our motto - "It's not just your home, it's our legacy..." Thank you for reading our response!
