Jeremy handled the "office" work including the mock up of what the new siding and windows would look like. His Dad, Kurt, came out NUMEROUS times before we signed the contract to work with us. Kurt also handled the permit for us including the final closure which had scheduling challenges due to the county being backed up. During the work - the guys were polite, professional and handled our dogs (both large) well ensuring they did not get hurt. Kurt checked in during to ensure we were satisfied and answered questions. We were greatly pleased with the results and could not have worked with a better contractor. Thanks to 3G!!

Every aspect of Three Generations work was excellent. Kurt and Jeremy were great in helping us during the planning phase of our whole house re-model. They led us through all of our options and helped us choose fiber cement siding and windows. They even encouraged us to seek other bids so we could see how they out performed the competition. This high level of customer service continued when work began. Their crew was professional, punctual and always cleaned up and the end of the day. 6 months after the job was complete we had a slight leak at a patio door. Kurt responded to my call and arrived that evening to fix the problem! First class!

It was so easy working with the Owens family! Their written bid was thorough, and they were extremely responsive to our concerns throughout the project. The workers were timely and respectful, and did absolutely top-notch work. Our siding and windows project was very large and complex, and it went smoother than we ever expected. I have never had a better experience with any contractor.

Absolutely no pressure, wonderful. Always on time, showed up when they said they would, called or emailed when they said they would. The work done was top-notch craftmanship with top quality materials. They left no mess behind-clean up was complete. A wonderful experience and I will definitely call them back for my next improvement job.

Great work - Jeremy showed me with detail the different windows he offers with no pressure, and answered all of my many questions. The service was timely, and he responded quickly to my emails and further questions. Great service and quality overall.

From start to finish this company excelled in every aspect! Of the 7 companies I interviewed for the job "3 Generations" blew them all away! Very honest, no pressure type of business that is hard to come by these days.

The product presentation and bidding process was very clear. They encouraged getting competitive bids, which they beat. The work was done in the estimated time (4 days). The crew that did the work was very professional, using the latest in scaffolding to protect a large glass solarium in the back of the house (the job was a second floor siding and complete soffits). The company president was on the job daily to check on progress. Each night the crew cleaned up all of the debris caused by replacing dry rot old panel. I would highly recommend them without reservation

Initial contact was very professional. Competitive prices and they offered to take a picture of home to show what different colors and types of sidings would look like, none of the other companies could offer this service. Turned out to be very helpful. Job completed ahead of schedule and looks good.

I highly recommended their service. They are so professional from the time that they did the presentation up to the time that they actually replaced and installed the windows and the patio doors. They cleaned up everything and did a follow up with the service they did.
