Fonzi Professional Cleaning

Their quote was actually pretty good. They got back to me pretty quickly and asked me a couple of questions like where to clean and how often I wanted the cleaning done, and then they gave me a weekly and biweekly price. I would use them in the future if I need somebody else to do my housecleaning.

I got an email from Living Social, one of those daily deal sites like Groupon. I've bought stuff through them before without any issue. My wife and I work hard and with kids it's hard to find time to keep up the house like we'd like to so I thought it would be a nice gift to buy her a couple housecleaning jobs from Fonzi Professional Housecleaning through Living Social at $62 each which would cover your typical housecleaning job but no dusting... dusting would have been $15 more for a total of $77, still not too bad I thought. Well I called to schedule an appointment about 3 weeks ago. I had to leave a message. Nobody called me back for a couple days so I left another message. Finally someone got back to me and we scheduled a date and time. I did have to call and reschedule it but we were then again on the same page... July 16th at 8 am. Ok great. Well this morning, I get up early, I'm ready for them, I have a lot of things to do and I'm waiting and waiting... I call them twice and I get no answer, just that I can't leave a message.. the voicemailbox is full. So I call Living Social to see if they have had others complain about this company and they didn't seem to know of any other complaints but offered to refund my money so I said, yes, refund it because I need someone reliable. I ended up joining Angie's List right after this and hired and used Alicia's later in the day and her crew did a fantastic job, although it was a lot more money!
