+ -1 moreWe've used Zack's plumbing several times. Our latest experience: we jammed our disposer full of gunk and caused it to seize up, just before Christmas. We called Zack's in a panic and spoke with Jeff. He talked us off the ledge, showed us how to fix it over the phone and it cost us nothing. He called back later just to give us some handy tips on how to keep it working. Always professional and thoughtful, we'd recommend Zack's to anyone in the North County.
