Description of Work: We've used Dale over the years now for a variety of issues including, under sink water heaters for all our bathrooms, plus the kitchen sink, replacing various drain pipes, repairing leaks, and even simple issues like loose fixtures. Most recently we had a leak from the upstairs bathroom where the water would leak on our washer and dryer in the garage. As always Dale was on time and the work was completed correctly. Over the years my wife and I have gone through a number of contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc. Some good, some not. As a former Marine, I especially appreciate Dale's professional dedication, reliability, and the quality of his work. No cheap shortcuts or lame excuses, just good quality work at a very fair price. I would recommend Dale to anyone who needs a reliable and honest plumber.

Description of Work: I thought that my pressure regulator to the house was faulty, causing "creaking or pressure popping" sounds in the house, especially at night, then the hall toilet would run. This had happened three years ago and I had the regulator replaced. Dale came out and said the pressure regulator was testing fine, but the flapper in the toilet was in need of repair. He repaired it and suggested I wait a few days to see if this corrected the wall noise problem above. It did! Thank you, Dale
