Called him while he was on another job. Said he was swamped for the day. I explained my problem and he said that he could squeeze me in.. Said that he would be there in about 30 min.He arrived as stated and did a great job

Dale did a great job on a very hot day. He is reliable, thourough, and even added a copper pipe for the overflow pressure valve to exit outside of the garage. Price and quality are excellent.

After getting Dales name from Angies List I gave him a call. He gave us a quote over the phone. That same day we considered a tankless waterheater. I called him back and he gave me great information on different types and what would work for us. He was willing to wait until we decided what to do. I like to research a product before I buy it. He did not pressure us on what to buy, he just gave us the facts. It was refreshing to have a Plumber be patient and informative and let us decide. We went for the 75 gallon tank. I called Dale , he responded quickly and stayed with the original quote.He was prompt, clean and very approchable. He brought the new tank, took out the old one. Replaced shutoffs that we 20 yrs old, made sure that all fittings were clean and working. He installed the new in no time. I am a DIYer and like to fix and repair when I can. I hate getting ripped off by professionals. I did not get that feeling with Dale. He is honest, hard working and I would use him again without a thought. It is a nice feeling knowing that when I use him in the future I can trust him and feel confident that the work will be done right and the price will be fair. I would highly recommend his services.

Dale did a complete copper re-pipe of our residence in Fallbrook. Actually, my wife, our three Catahoulas, and I took the week off to get out of his way, leaving my brother-in-law to oversee the work. Not being one given to hyperbole, when I asked, prior to returning, how the job went, my B-in-Law said ... ah,OK. --Hmmmm... We returned on the day after completion, and I my immediate impression was that the work had NOT BEEN DONE! However, after closer inspection, I was able to see the unbelievable descreet "paches" to the drywall where Dale had to enter the wall - the man is a magician! All the carpeting was not only vacuumed, but looked BETTER than when we left! Not only were new pipes installed but I think, from what I could see on the exterior main 3/4" line into the house, that he POLISHED the da@m copper! The water runs now only where and when it should, is not saturating our concrete slab, and I swear TASTES BETTER! I would hire this guy to do a heart bypass...

I had a plumbing problem with some piping in my laundry room and was not confident in my own knowledge of how to fix it so I decided to hire a plumber. Much to my surprise and satisfaction after explaining the problem the gentleman on the phone informed me that there were only a few basic steps to take to fix the issue. He then proceeded to walk me through them which solved the issue at no cost. The operative word here is Integrity and they seem to have it.

I called Dale on a Saturday and he gave me an estimate and let me know what time he could be there that day. He showed up on time and completed the work quickly and effortlessly. He offered advise on how to correct other plumbing needs I had in the most cost efficient way. Dale was very professional and helpful when answering all my questions. I haven't had any problems with the work he did. I'm thrilled to have found someone who seems honest and I most defintely will be calling him for any future plumbing needs. Thanks Dale!

I called Dale on Saturday afternoon for a toilet replacement due to leaks. I had unsuccessfully attempted repair on my own and over-tightened the tank to bowl gaskets, causing some cracks in the tank. Dale said I could either buy the toilet myself and also offered that he could buy a toilet from Home Depot and bring it with him. I decided to have him do this for convenience as it was only $20 extra.Dale's standard service call charge was $90, and he'd let me know that this would fully cover the work. After removing the old toilet, Dale discovered that the toilet he'd purchased was too small at the base, which would have left a sizeable area of unfinished flooring exposed. Dale then said that he knows that would be unacceptable, and so he went to Lowe's and found another model. Before purchasing it, he called to let me know that the cost of this Kohler unit was more than the other unit that didn't fit, but at least it would fit properly. Dale installed the new toilet & ensured there were no leaks and it worked great!One thing I also thought was great was that Dale removed his shoes each time he came into our home before touching the carpet. Dale was completely both professional & personable, open to answering all my questions. Dale worked quickly, neatly and got the job done right at a reasonable, fair price. I highly recommend Anderson Plumbing - We were completely satisfied with Dale's service and we'll be calling Dale again for our future plumbing needs!

We had set an appointment with Dale Anderson for early last week. He didn't show, but called on Wednesday with apologies (he forgot the appointment) and we rescheduled for Friday at 8AM. He didn't show. No phone calls as I write this the following Monday late afternoon. Several weeks ago, we had wanted to use Dale on another job, and he didn't show for that appointment, either. We had used Dale several months ago on another job and were very pleased with his work and professionalism for that job. This is why we wanted to use him recently. But, our most recent experience is that he is completely unreliable, in our opinion. We won't use him in the future. It's a shame - good plumbers are hard to find and we thought we had one.

Very responswive on return of phone message. Showed up on time. Quoted an hourly rate but worked rapidly. Easy to talk to and explained what was occurring. I forgot that he gave an Angie's list discount, but he remined me as he was adding up the bill. I would definitely work with him again.

They were really friendly and I made an appointment and they were there on time and got it done. They were really nice and really friendly people. It was an excellent price.

We had several emails back and forth but it took about a month before we actually got the work done. Our communication was mostly through email and, even though it sometimes took him a week to get back to us, the work was excellent.

He was very good and professional. Actually charged us less than quoted over the phone. Also gave us advice on some other problems we are having. Will definitely call him back.

I really appreciate the service. The service is very good, and I really think joining the club is the best way to go. Their price is comparable to everyone else, but with the club, you get the extra discount with any work that needs to be done plus you are guaranteed a visit each month to look for leaks. The responsiveness is good. When I have called them on short notice, I've only waited 3 days. They are always professional in their job and I will use them again in the future.

It was not an inexpensive job, but they were very good and professional. They did a god job and I felt that they knew what they were doing and I liked working with them. It was fine, until I went into the store and saw that I could have got a toilet for less than what I paid. I would use them again because of the work they did.

Everything that was done was great. The customer service was very pleasant and everyone was detailed. They were good about showing up on time and they put the unit in perfectly. I would definitely recommend their service.

I would never use them again. They did the work fine, but they charge double and triple the price of others. I think that they could have lowered the price a bit. They were on time and answered all of my questions though. They were professional as well.

The plumber was VERY professional. He arrived on time, explained what he needed to do as he went along and cleaned up after himself. But I did feel they were VERY expensive.

DALE RESPONDED FAST, CHANGED HIS SCHEDULE THAT DAY IN ORDER TO FIT ME IN. THE WORKS WAS DONE FAST AND HE LEFT THE PLACE CLEANER THAN WHEN HE STARTED. I WILL ALWAYS USE ANDERSON PLUMBING IN THE FUTURE. THEY ALSO INSTALL AND SERVICE WATER SOFTENERS AND FILTRATION. IT WAS NICE TO GET AN UNBIASED TAKE ON THE DIFFERENT BRANDS.
