I called Markus and left a message Friday afternoon, Sept. 18th, regarding the installation of a reverse osmosis filter system. I explained that we wanted the unit installed as soon as possible. I left my name and phone number. It's five days later and no call back. Very disappointing....

This particular service will be done in the next week. I'm confident Markus will do a great job.

I tried to install a new bathroom faucet myself and wound up in trouble. Had to turn off the water to the house as I also needed to replace the hot and cold water shutoff valves. Had difficulty getting the old compression rings and nuts off. I called the "A" rated plumbers in my immediate area and a couple could get to me in a day, another could get here in a couple of days. Non Stop Plumbing could (and did) get here in 20 minutes! Chad quickly extracted the old compression rings and nuts, and went on to finish the replacement of the shutoff valves. He then continued to install the new faucet . . . all done perfectly and in less than an hour! I'm extremely please with the rapid response time and his professionalism! 'Would not hesitate to use Non Stop Plumbing again in the future!

We were happy with them. They were a great value for money. great price, great quality and very thorough. They were more thorough then the average service, took time to explain things, came back out to answer questions. He was on the call with us when we had to call the toilet company. A lot of personal service and integrity. The job took longer due to unexpected issues such as leveling the floor and did not charge us anymore.

Markus was prompt, courteous and professional. He went over all the options for installing the new water filtration system and then worked quickly. He hauled away the old system without extra charge. The new system works great. He also answered my questions about some upgrades we are thinking about and offered some good pointers on selecting a touchless faucet. We will definitely use him for our next upgrades.

I called Mitch the afternoon of 26 Dec 2013; he personally took my call and made an earnest attempt to fit me into his schedule the same day. As impressed as I was with the immediate response my situation was not an emergency therefore we agreed to have the service performed the next day. Mitch asked a few questions to determine the type of cartridge was used in my shower assembly and we were set for 0800 the next day. A technician arrived promptly at 0800 Friday morning and immediately went to work on extracting the faulty equipment. Once the old part was extracted (with some difficulty due to age), the technician was replaced on the job by Mitch himself. Mitch needed to leave for a period of time to obtain parts. Once he got the parts he needed the remaining part of the installation was extremely brief. The leak was successfully repaired and the new equipment worked flawlessly.

Markus visited twice. He had to order a part to repair to sink. Markus is very prompt and knowledgable.

He is young and quick. He figures out what is wrong and then fixes it very quickly. His rates are very reasonable. He is the only plumber I would use. I would highly recommend him.
