+ -1 moreAfter review of certifications and qualifications, Mr. Wertz was selected by the family Trust. He was prompt, extremely thorough, with great attention to detail and asking for all additional verifiable information. His reports were timely, and very detailed with appropriate comps, in a very difficult area.
Description of Work: An extremely detailed appraisal on a potential lot split, which required pre- and post-improvements, hence 4 actual appraisals.

Description of Work: WHENEVER WE WOULD PURCHASE OR REFINANCE, OUR BROKER WOULD USE THIS SERVICE TO PROVIDE APPRAISALS FOR OUR LOAN FUNDERS.
