Description of Work: Dave worked alone and diligently and meticulously painted the entire exterior of our house including the railings on an 800 sq/ft deck. He is responsible, professional and trustworthy. I am sure I could have found some team to come in and do the job cheaper and faster, but leaving me no doubt with much dissatisfaction. You get what you pay for. Dave is the best.

Description of Work: Dave was very thorough in his prep work. Kept us informed daily on his progress and areas of concern, maintenance and repair. He did a lot of brush work and was excellent at it. Our house is a large two story, and we were truly impressed how he handled the job.

+ -1 moreI have been relying on Dave Maneval from Cleanline Painting in Fallbrook for over ten years to maintain my rental property. When a lessee leaves, Dave goes in and creates a punch list of what is needed to get the property back to a like new condition, Dave tells me exactly what needs to be done, the reasoning behind it and the cost. If a repair is outside his expertise, Dave will arrange to have someone he trusts come in and do the work-to Dave's high standard. While every job will not always turn out perfect the first time, I know Dave stands behind his, and the contractor he enlists, performance. Dave has demonstrated that he believes the job isn't done until I'm happy. Straight shooters are difficult to find these days.
Description of Work: Repaired and repainted dry rot areas in the front. Replaced some patio wood.
