BP water concepts was absolutely amazing! They made our dreams come true and designed the perfect back yard pool and spa. We have been thinking about doing a pool for a long time and other companies either couldn't do it or were much too costly. We literally got quotes from everyone in San Diego and BP was heads and shoulders above the competition. From the beginning in the design phase Ben was awesome and professional he answered all of our questions and helped create the perfect design. He also worked with us and helped us get the best pricing. What makes BP nice is they can do it all in house. Many other companies have a guy who has a guy but BP was a one stop shop. Once the design was complete he passed us off to Roger and his team and Roger was just as great. He kept us informed and stuck to the timeline. The crew showed up everyday was professional and organized. He kept the back yard and front of the house very clean. Roger is well informed and provides great advice. The quality of the pool was perfect and even the landscaping came out way better then we could have even imagined. I could go on and on but there is nothing bad i can say about the pool process. Almost a full year later and i am very satisfied and highly recommend to All.

BP recently wrapped up our project in Feb. of 2021. Developing and constructing the project during the pandemic posed a lot of variables but Roger, Ben and the rest of the BP team were able to pivot and make due. I highly recommend this company given the quality of work and responsiveness. Customizing one's pool and landscape naturally causes modifications/ enhancements which are well-received by Roger; always more efficient dealing with the principals directly.

BP Water Concepts was fantastic to work with and made all of our pool and backyard dreams come true! It started with the design by Ben, who took all of our input and suggestions and nailed our design better than any other pool company. We got many other designs and he was by far the best. The great thing about Ben is that he took the time to jump on multiple zoom calls and actually work the design real-time with us. This took several hours and he said no problem as he wanted to get it just right. His attention to detail was second to none and we greatly appreciated it. We used every detail of his design from color schemes, paver pattern and color, stacked stone colors and designs, as well as tile and pebble tech. Everything was spot on and looked even better in person. Roger was our project manager and did a great job talking with us daily and keeping us updated on the teams progress. We did a pool project with 2 other neighbors so they worked on 3 pools at once. They did a good job working between the jobs and sharing resources. All 3 jobs progressed well and turned out amazing even though we all had different designs. Roger goes the extra mile and does whatever he can to make sure you are happy with the construction experience and more importantly the finished product! He would constantly work with us when we had questions and make suggestions to improve our project. He is upfront about pricing so you know the costs if you want to add anything. We swapped out grass for more pavers and Roger and Ben did a great job on pricing and transparency. Overall, you will not find a better pool company to make your dreams come true. Their pricing is better than any other company and their willingness to make your project amazing is the best in the business. If you want to have a pool oasis at a great price, with great attention to detail, you should use PB Water Concepts.

Roger and Ben did the entire process from concept all the way through construction. We had some challenges along the way but nothing to do with anything we could have predicted. Tons of stone and large rock forced us to make some slight changes and the end result is perfect! We love the craftsmanship on the pool stone work and get tons of great compliments. If you are looking for high quality, impeccable design and craftmanship with a family owned group that are great to know, look no further than BP Water Concepts. Of the other groups that we interviewed and met, BP gave us the best bang for our hard earned money. Thanks Ben and Roger!

It was a great experience building a pool with BP Water Concepts and working with Ben on the planning & design and Roger and his crew with the build. I love the quality & value we got for the price. Our pool is great focal point of the landscape design. We have already referred a few friends that are also in the process of building a pool. Definitely would hire them again.

My Husband and I were contemplating what to check off our continuously growing list of home improvements. I would say confidently that BP Water Concepts and how they handled everything from the first consultation to the final sign off resulted in a decision without regrets. Roger was our main contact and such a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Roger arrived at our originally scheduled time and on time, listened to what we were looking for, and gave us peace of mind that he will work within our budget. Within a matter of days, we received a beautiful rendering from Ben of what we had envisioned and what Roger and his team would be able to create for us. It was an immediate decision to proceed with the project. Contract was straightforward and itemized showing each of the stages and what would be required for each of the stages. After our go ahead, construction began immediately, and everything was on schedule. What we appreciated the most was Rogerâ s transparency and if anything needed to change, or if there was a better approach to an idea, he let us know what was to be expected and what could or could not be done. The crew were never an issue. They were there when we were told they would be there, and they were respectful upon arriving and leaving the job site. Additionally, they didnâ t leave the work area looking like a job site, trash and debris was kept a minimum and consolidated in one area. The pictures speak for themselves. What we saw in the initial rendering was exactly what we received. Any issues (hardly any) were addressed and we felt that we had Rogerâ s and his teamsâ undivided attention. BP Water Concepts provided us the necessary confidence to tackle a project of this size, they met their completion date, and were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. They managed to turn a deserted work in progress into our 5-star little oasis. We would highly recommend anyone to BP Water Concepts. Thank you everyone from BP Water concepts!!

I was in need of a pool inspection to help me assess the contingencies as part of a home purchase. I called and spoke with Ben (great guy and stayed engaged throughout the day) who was able to send Roger out. Roger came onsite and reviewed the pool, spa, and equipment and was willing to write down everything that I need (and didn't) as part of the contingency. He also took time to show me how to use the equipment. He was very thorough - not in a rush like others. I was very impressed with the care and coordination throughout the entire day of the entire team. They were very personable and I would definitely recommend to others.

I researched pool companies for 3 months and found that BB Water Concepts were the most responsive and competitively priced in the SD market. Ben, Roger and Freddy took a personal approach to the project and provided great insight into design options that worked for us, our budget and the HOA. From start to finish they did exceptional work on the design, construction and finishes. Compared to the other pools I've had installed in the past, their quality of construction is as good as I've seen and the attention to details on the finishes is superb...our backyard is now beautiful! If you are considering adding a pool / spa, landscape or other hardscape to your back yard, this is the company to use!

I had BB Water Concepts design and install a new pool for my backyard. They designed and built a beautiful pool for me and turned my plain space into a tropical paradise. I chose to use BB Water Concepts for my project because they were a small family company and they gave my project the attention that a larger company would not. These are a great group of guys with a lot of talent and experience. Ben came up with a great design and Roger, Freddy and crew made it into a reality. Issues came up during construction as things always do in construction projects. The best part was that this team took care of any issues that arose and left me with a pool my family will enjoy for many years. I highly recommend BB Water Concepts and will use them again if I ever build another pool.

This was our first pool and BB water Concepts did an amazing job working and explaining to us the process of building a pool. What I like the most is the great communication they provided, no matter what kind of question we had, they always took the time to explain to us any concerns or changes we had about the pool construction, they would build the pool of your dreams at a decent and reasonable price!!! I highly recommend them for any pool work!!

A pool is a large expense, So we got bids from 3 companies although this is a newer start up they have been very accommodating , and so far we are pleased we went with BB should be completed within the month
