+ -1 moreit didn't......I arranged my schedule to be home between appt hours of 3-5 and then adjusted my schedule again to be available from 5:15 to 7:15. No one showed up or called or texted.
Description of Work: scheduled apt for 3-5 pm window. rec'd text message that apt was delayed and would occur between 5:15 and 7:15. no one came, no one called.

+ -1 moreI reset the filter and have not yet had to replace it. The appliance is 1 year old and this would be the second filter I would have replaced. The first filter was probably good and I never knew it. Thanks to Larry (I think that was his name) I know don't have to worry and I can get the most out of my filters before discarding them.
Description of Work: Purchased new refrigerator water filter because light on appliance came on indicating it was time to do so. The salesman told me those lights are programmed to come on every 6 months and may not indicate it is time to purchase a new filter. He told me to reset it and if the water or ice taste funny, then replace it. I bought a new filter anyway but have not replaced it yet. He also set me up to receive new filters in the mail automatically with no shipping costs.
