Description of Work: ROROMAN PLUMBING CAME TWICE JUST TO CHECK TO SEE IF JOB COULD BE DONE FROM UNDER HOUSE. UNFORTUNATELY, HE DETERMINED HE HAD TO GO THROUGH STUCCO TO FIX WASTE LEAK NEAR KITCHEN SINK. THEY WERE PROMPT, CURTIOUS, AND TAUGHT ME A COUPLE OF THINGS ALSO. I HAD TO PUT A CALL IN FOR ONE SMALL DETAIL, THINKING I WOULD SEE THEM MONDAY, WITHIN 10min OF MY CALL JOSE WAS AT MY DOOR. WOW!! I KNOW I CAN COUNT ON HIM!!

Description of Work: I had bought the $49 deal for 1 hour of service plus transportation in Yolo Co. I had leaky pipes, and called. Jose Rodriguez came right over, fixed the leaks, and charged me $32 for materials. He spent an hour here. I am delighted!

Description of Work: When I view a company on angies list, I expect profesonalism in every aspect. I called this company, told them my plumbimg problem and Jose said that he would be at my home at 0800 on the 27th of October. He did not show up, he did not call to say he could not make it, there was no communication on his part whatsoever. I had to make a call asking where he was, when I did the lady answering the phone said "are you in this city?" I said no that i am in Vallejo, so it seems that Jose was going to another job, rather than mine. I then got a call back from someone saying oh they must of forgot to tell you. VERY VERY disappointing, I WOULD STRONGLY URGE ANYONE THINKING ABOUT HIRING THIS COMPANY, OR JOSE FOR ANYTHING, AND SUGGEST ANGIESLIST TO FILTER OUT COMPANIES WHO DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD.
