Roroman Plumbing

I had put it in water heater in 1989 and changed in 2013. I got a good dealing about them being conscientious and when he actually did the work he was quick and very conscientious about his job and I will see in the next few years. When I have work done I get three bids and I have learnt that after 32 years and it works out pretty good. The whole job was very neat, accurate and business right on and neat workmanship. I gave Andrew a write up on his work.

I had a new washer and dryer delivered to my house. The delivery men refused to install the washer because they discovered a leaks in the pipes that would attach to the washer. I called Roroman and he replaced the hot and cold water pipes and put in a new casing. It took him over 2 hours to repair the pipes and install the new fittings. He then leveled and installed the new washing machine for me. He did all of this for $275 which I thought was a excellent price. I was very pleased with his professionalism, service, and the outstanding job he did repairing the pipes and installing my new washer.

I had a leaking water heater. I called this plumber and he responded within 45 minutes. He replaced a couple of the leaking values and the leak was fixed in about an hour.

Fantastic. Since he had installed the 3 different faucets in two bathrooms, he came back, even months after the initial install, and repaired everything at no charge. He also gave me dining tips in our area as we had just moved into Fairfield 6 months earlier. As I said in my last review, Jose will be my plumber for life.

I wanted to use Jose a second time to see if his good work the first time was just a coincidence. No, it was just as good this time. I encourage you to call him up for your plumbing needs.

The service was fine. They did the work at the price quoted and it was done satisfactorily. They were running late and they did call to let me know, so they kept me informed. I would recommend them and use them again.

There is a reason that the review's for Roroman are so wonderful. That is because they are true! I could not be more pleased with how the work went and the professionalism of Jose. Pipes needed to be moved around for the regulator, but that was no problem. Jose stayed until everything was done to my satisfaction (and his too). Jose's prices are very fair. Do not think twice about using him.

Great work. Jose is honest, kind, hardworking, knowledgable and capable. We found him on Angie's LIst and he has done two previous jobs for us this summer. We have found our plumber.

I called him at approximately 9am and he was at my home by 10;30am. I had 3 sinks that needed a new drain seal and one with a leaking trap. During his repairs he showed me why the trap was leaking. He also found the same issue under the garbage disposal that was not critical at this time, but he said to keep an eye on it as it would eventually leak. At that point we discussed repairing that sink also and ended up putting a new garbage disposal and rebuilt the custom traps under the double sinks. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with his service and recommend this provider.

Called Co. 5:45pm Saturday 7/13/13. Requested Jose to come Sunday morning to perform service, Jose told me he'll come in at 7:30 am and he came in on time Sunday morning. Did a thorough inspection and knew the problem right away and got it taken care of in less than half an hour.

Jose was right on time. He checked the old faucet to make sure that it could not be fixed, He then installed the new one. Jose was very friendly and professional. He did some additional caulking and left the bathroom immaculate. I certainly would use him again.

I have found my plumber for life!!!!! We contacted Roroman plumbing for the install on 5/18/13. Two men were necessary as the new ADA toilet weighed 117 lbs., and had to be taken up16 stairs. One person was removing the old toilet and I was discussing the other projects with Jose. We then opened the box shipped through Amazon, and discovered the toilet stem was completely broken off. The other worker had to re-install the old toilet he had taken out. I apologized and both men left. I told them I would pay for their time on the bill for this visit. A new toilet arrived and Jose came alone as his partner was sick. He took care of the toilet removal/installalation. He installed the bidet, circulation pump and faucet. The circulation pump was sent without hoses but he came prepared and had them in his truck. Everything was done perfectly. When he presented the bill, he said he was not charging for the bidet install and was not charging for that first visit when the toilet was broken. The bill was$413.00 and I expected double that!!! He is our plumber for life.

It went excellent. They went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and check everything out. They explained the overall work that I had to have done and the cost of it. They also gave me other less expensive temporary options. I really like that and they are very honest. They come out when they say they are going to and they will text or call me if something comes up.

I couldn?t be happier with the way the job went. Jose and his helper worked very professionally and quickly. Jose was a joy to deal with. I asked him if he could route the gas line a certain way what would free up some space I wanted to use. His response ?I can do that?. I also asked him if he would pull a romex line into the house along with his remote wire so I could relocate my recirculation countdown timer alongside the heater control unit. Again his response was ?I can do that?. I had assumed there was only one way to hook everything up so I didn?t go into detail about how I wanted it to work. However that night after the work was done, the area cleaned up, the job paid for, I found that it wasn?t working exactly the way I wanted. I called Jose and he came the next morning. I explained I wanted the recirc system to trigger on the heater as opposed to simply recirculating the water after the heater was on. He responded ?I think I can do that? and quickly cut a couple of the copper lines and rejoined them in a different configuration. Walla! The system works as I wanted. The job was completed at the initial estimated cost. I certainly plan to use Jose for all my future plumbing needs and heartily recommend him to others.

Great! I received an estimate the same day I called, and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Jacob called on the appt day to let me know he was running a bit late due to traffic, by about 30 minutes. I appreciated his calling to let me know. He arrived at the time he mentioned, and he completed the work in 1.5 hours. He did a great job! No damage to the house, which is almost 25 years old, and everything looks and works great. I would definitely hire him again!

After moving in to a new (old) house, we experienced a sewer backup. We called Roroman Plumbing and were scheduled for service the following morning. When the plumber arrived, he eventually told us that he didn't normally work for that company. Instead, he was filling in for the owner for a few days. The plumber spent about 30 minutes going under our house to check out our piping. He then told us that our best bet was to have two cleanouts installed. The idea of spending that much money on installing cleanouts didn't appeal to us. He eventually agreed to try snaking the line through one of our toilet lines. He was unable to snake the toilet that day but said he would return the following day. The following day, the plumber arrived on time. He snaked our line through the toilet, as planned. He was unable to find any blockages and figured he had broken up whatever was causing the blockage. Since the plumber was going to charge us to reseat our toilet, we opted to go buy a new toilet to have installed. The plumber installed the toilet without issue. The following day, we experienced another issue. After doing laundry, our shower and tub began backing up with dirty laundry water. I called the original plumber that performed services at our house and explained the problem. He told me he would call the owner and see if the owner could come take a look. Within 5 minutes of hanging up, Jose (the owner) called me. He said he would be at our house within an hour. Jose arrived in about 45 minutes. Within a few minutes, he diagnosed our problem as tree roots in our main sewer line. He explained why the other employee suggested the cleanouts. He did a much better job explaining it and cleanouts made sense at that point. He told us we would probably need a new sewer main but agreed to install a cleanout to snake through to try and clean out the roots. Jose began immediately digging a hole near our main sewer line. He explained that he had another job site to get to but had another guy coming to finish the digging. The other guy arrived and Jose left. Within 2 hours, the other guy had found a cleanout that was buried under a few feet of soil. Jose returned a few hours later and snaked the line. After feeding 95 feet of snake into the line, he discovered the suspected tree roots. When removing the snake, the tree roots broke free and our sewer line drained. Jose explained that we would eventually have to have a large tree in our front yard removed and a new sewer line installed. Overall, we enjoyed dealing with Jose. He was true to his word and responded quickly to our requests. I think there was a bit of a language barrier and misunderstanding between us and the first plumber. Jose did a better job of diagnosing our problem and working on getting it fixed. We would definitely consider using Roroman Plumbing again as long as we could deal directly with Jose.

EVERYONE needs a plumber they can depend on, and I finally found one! Jose returned my call right away, and was at my house within half an hour. Fast, professional, and a nice person too. We have already scheduled installation of a new garbage disposal - a job I have put off for a year. HIGHLY recommend this company!

It was a pleasure working with Jose, He listened to what I wanted, was not pushy, arrived on-time, did a professional job, and did it for the estimated amount. A very smooth process from start to finish.

He showed on time, and was done in about 30 minutes. He was quite professional, polite, clean, and responsive to all the questions I had.

We happy overall with the work. There was nose in our plumbing when faucets were turned on or toilets flushed. Jose diagnosed the problem correctly on the telephone. He and his assistant came on time and quickly went to work. They had to replace pressure valves and replace and reroute some plumbing. They also worked on replacing and repair of leaking landscaping plumbing. The problem with noise pooped up again after they left, but Jose immediately returned and resolved the problem. They will be the first plumbers we will think of when we next have any kind of problem.
