Description of Work: Jose and his crew were wonderful!! He reviewed what I needed and gave me an estimate in a very timely manner then did the work the day after I signed the estimate! They were in and out much faster than I had anticipated with limited disruption to my water to the house. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing needs!

Description of Work: They extended my gas line to my drier and for a new range in my kitchen remodel.

Description of Work: There was a water leakage outside the house next to the meter. José came as planned and took care of getting city permits. He installed a copper pipe ranging at 33 feet. Took care of it in one day. He was very professional, we discussed the price and agreed. I am very satisfied. And I would definitely recommend Jose and his crew.

Description of Work: Did not get a quote but the provider called just before appointment time to clarify the job and decided not to come out. We had already rushed home to meet him. I wish providers would get clear ahead of time before I book my day around them!

Description of Work: I've had Jose out in the past to reset a water heater and then put in three new toilets when we had new floors put in. Prices always seemed subject to change which was a bit unsettling but we needed to get the work done so had him do the jobs. This week we had a leaking master bathroom sink so I called in the morning and Jose called me back at the end of business and scheduled an appointment for the following day. He came out and looked at it and said we needed two new faucets and should do other bathrooms in our house to make sure no more leaks in the future. I told him no we just wanted to repair the master bathroom and would have him do both sinks. He said he would have to come back the next day to do the work. Quoted me $460. To change two faucets. The next day he didn't even show up to our appointment time. He called after the time to say he'd have to come out the next day. Very incontinent but now it's Friday evening and I just wanted the work done so I agreed. Saturday he comes out and tells me he got the wrong type of faucets and could get the right ones until Monday. And he said he'd have to charge me $50 more ? Never did get a straight answer about why I had to pay more than his original estimate because he brought the wrong faucets. Then he starts trying to talk me into more things that I didn't need done trying to increase the estimate yet again. He left and said he could come back on Monday after 4pm. I realized he was taking full advantage of me being a woman and called his business to tell them I was canceling Monday's appt and would find someone else to do the work. Ladies beware and save yourself time and money and find someone else.

Description of Work: Check for leaks on front lawn irrigation system

Description of Work: Roroman plumbing was hired to replace a faucet in our bathroom. The old fixture was stuck so Roroman plumbing used a saw to remove the handles of the facet and cut into the sink. Roroman plumbing also scratched up the new facet we purchased. When they were done the plumber never mentioned the damage to the sink or the faucet. When I went to see the work I had to point it out to him. His solution was to take $40 off the cost of installing the new faucet. I had to ask for him to pay for the cost of the faucet and for the nice big gash he put in my sink he simply applied some white caulk to it. I can still see the damage. | |I will never use this plumber again.

Description of Work: Roroman Plumbing installed a whole house Pelican Filter System. Overall they did a great job, quality was good and they did exactly what they said they would do. Nothing was hidden. They talked over the job and how they would do it and did exactly that. They system has been working as expected.

Description of Work: Received an immediate response from contact of big deal, since then i've emailed and phoned and have not received any communication from them.

Description of Work: He arrived without an appointment and left a crumpled business card. Two days later (when he DID have an appointment) he didn't show up. He didn't alert me that he would be late (or not coming). I places two calls to his cell phone but he hasn't "set up" his mailbox. I called his answering service twice and was assured he would be calling me right back. He didn't. I stopped putting my life on hold and had a friend over. The plumber called 3 hours after he was supposed to have been here and he apologized. I believe an apology like that is generally made to get the apologizer off the hook. I told him he was lacking in professionalism and common courtesy. I told him to cancel our Angie's pre-paid deal. The end.

Description of Work: Roroman plumbing came to the rescue when our toilet broke the day before family flew in from out of state. Jose arrived soon after receiving our call and promptly took care of the problem. He even came back before 8AM the following morning to take care of other unrelated plumbing issues. Jose was responsive, knowledgeable, capable and friendly. And I couldn't have been happier with the price! Roroman Plumbing and Jose are who I'd call for any plumbing needs.

Description of Work: He fixed a clog we had in our kitchen sink - they were extremely responsive, punctual and professional. I will definitely call them again when another plumbing disaster strikes!
